Surveying and Creation of 3D Model for Hydro Technical Project

The thesis deals with the issues of digital terrain model creation. It aims to explain the solution of an international contract, starting from gathering the data and finishing with the creation and visualization of the digital terrain model of the given location. The software AutoCAD Civil 3D 2013 is used for modeling. Main outcomes of the thesis are volume calculation of flood line, contoured map of the dam area, the digital model and its visualization.
Using of Mobile Mapping in Architecture

This diploma thesis describes the application and using of mobile mapping in architecture. After getting to know the mobile mapping system MOMAS, which was developed by Geodis Brno, spol. s.r.o., in this way some localities in Brno were measured. From that measuring was chosen the facade of Dům Milady Horákové, and by post-processing was the facade compiled and created into 3D model. In addition the control measuring was done by non-prism method, following the assessment of accuracy.
3D model of Church of the Virgin Mary of the Snow in Velké Karlovice

The thesis is focused on the creation process of the 3D model of Panna Marie Sněžná church in Velké Karlovice, which is based on geodetic measuring. The introduction part deals with the historical context, localization and general description of the object. Furthermore, there is the introduction of methods of a 3D model production. The majority of the work contains description of method utilized for 3D model creation and that was used by us. This model was created in AutoCAD 2018 program.

This diploma thesis deals with the design and implementation of appropriate procedure photogrammetry processing of technical documentation of selected historical artifacts gauges. During processing was calibrated camera, historical gauges were photographed and metrological documented and model viualization was created.
Digital terrain model for morphological purposes

The aim of the thesis is measuring a part of a Svratka’s meander by the means of the FARO focus 3D X 130 scanner and a total station. Another part of the thesis is creating 3D models from individual methods and their comparison. The acquired data is processed in the SCENE, Microstaion Power Draft V8 and Atlas DMT programmes. The accuracies of the scan registrations and the resulting differences among individual methods are evaluated.
Surveying of hospice building in Rajhrad

In this Diploma thesis, a 3D model and building plans of hospice building in Rajhrad was created. These products can be used by building management for planning reconstructions and annexes. In the introductory part of this work, informations about hospice building are presented. The second part is devoted to describing data collection for the model. The last largest part describes the modeling in AutoCAD 2014, creation of building plans and the accuracy testing of the final product.
Documentation of the fortification of Nechvalín

The aim of this bachelor thesis was to focus the fortification Nechvalin by a geodetic method and then create a map and visualize the terrain. The main task was to capture the shape of the terrain - valleys and ditches. The bachelor thesis was consulted with the Institute of Archeology and Museology of the Faculty of Arts of the Masaryk University. The first part of the thesis contains a description of the site, description of measu-rement methods, altitude theory etc.. The second part of the thesis contains a description of the practical tasks required to create a map from the terrain reconciliation to map creation. The result of the bachelor thesis is the map of the Nechvalin fortress in the scale of 1: 500 and visualization of the terrain.
Documentation of Rokštejn using laser scanning

The aim of this thesis is the measure of the Rokštejn castle by laser scanning. The measured data are processed in the SCENE software and accuracy of registration and transformation of scans is intended. The next step is to test the software for working with point cloud. In the end, is in the selected 3D software created 3D model of the castle by using processed point cloud.
Documentation of Skalní zámek passage in Býčí skála cave - southern part

This bachelor thesis deals with speleological mapping of a part of the cave system Býčí skála in the Moravian Karst. The part that has been mapped is called Skalní zámek. For the purpose of this work documentation was processed for the southern part of the Skalní zámek. The existing graphic materials of the interest site were searched for and described. For processing purposes, available numerical data were also found, which were compared with the new measurement during processing. The polygon of Skalní zámek was measured by mining suspension compasses. For detailed measurements, a combination of the modified DistoX2 - laser distance range-finder and TopoDroid - software application per the appropriate tablet, was used. The results of the measurements were processed in an a free and open-source cave surveying software - Therion. In this program a ground plan of the Skalní zámek, a longitudinal section of the main hallway and a longitudinal section of the branching hallway was prepared. At the end of this work the symbol lists used by TopoDroid and Therion were compared with the official UIS symbol list
Mobile Mapping

The aim of this thesis is introduce the mobile mapping system IP-S2, which is using by company GEODIS BRNO, and perform data collection by this system. Measure the identical points, determine their coordinates and compare with coordinates obtained by mobile mapping system. The conclusion of this thesis is focused on testing the accuracy of the mobile mapping system.
