Internal Organizational Communication Analysis in Hirschmann Czech s.r.o.

The diploma thesis is concentrated on internal organizational communication analysis in Hirschmann Czech s.r.o. during the financial crisis. All empirical data are obtained by the anonymous questionnaire research among the workers and standardized individual interview with their leaders. Gathered data are statistically processed followed by verbal interpretation. There are some internal organizational communication problems identified according to the research findings. Final chapter is devoted to the practical recommendations which can help the company to improve the process of its internal organizational communiaction.

The purpose of this thesis is to analyze a problem in a particular company and to suggest a solution based upon a work analysis and a competency model. The theoretical part deals with various approaches to defining competency, its elements and types. Following part of this thesis presents a work analysis, the stages of making a competency model and defines methods of competency measuring. The practical part applies the work analysis and the competency approach to the specific problem of personal management in the particular company. It is focused mainly on creation of the job description and a competency model for specific manager. The last part of this thesis also suggests a method for evaluating of worker on the basis of competency measuring.

Cieľom práce je uviesť do problematiky jednej z najviac diskutovaných tém súčasnosti, a to do procesu globalizácie. Okrem jej charakteristiky poukazujem na dôsledky, ktoré za sebou zanecháva a aký vplyv má na psychiku ľudí. Celá práca je zameraná na Slovenskú republiku a jej postavenie v globalizovanom svete. Táto malá krajina je súšasťou mnohých medzinárodných štruktúr, ale pozornosť je venovaná len tým, ktoré najviac ovplyvnili chod slovenskej ekonomiky a spoločnosti. V empirickej časti je skúmaný dopad vyššie popísaného procesu a integračných snáh republiky na slovenské obyvateľstvo.

Unified corporate culture as a tool for an efficient cooperation of members of different cultures

The Master Thesis analyses the unified corporate culture and its impacts on the international company T.P.C.A. where employees of three different cultures cooperate together. The concept of culture and national culture together with cultural standards and dimensions is described in the theoretical part of the thesis. Last but not least, there is defined the concept of the corporate culture, its elements and some basic typologies. The practical part analyses specifics of the corporate culture of Toyota Peugeot Citroen Automobile with the special focus on the communication and visualization practices. The last chapter of the thesis deals with expatriation and shows the impact of an international company on the tourism industry.

Tématem mé práci je motivace herců v divadelním spolku. Výběr tohoto téma není nahodilý, delší dobu hraji v divadle a zajímá mě otázka, proč lidé obětují svůj čas a sily na neziskové činnosti. Kde se skrývá ta hnací síla, která vede lidí celým jejich životem? Kde se nachází základní pramen jejich zájmů a přání? Jaké síly se nás nutí chovat neracionálně z hlediska formální logiky? Co potřebují od herectví a projevu na jevišti?

Mobbing, bossing and chicane in the workplace

Práce se zabývá deformovanými sociálními vztahy na pracovišti. Předmětem studie je konkrétní výskyt mobbingových a bossingových aktivit. Cílem práce je popsat celou záležitost, proniknout k jádru problému, odhalit příčiny a pochybení jednotlivých aktérú a objasnit důvody mobberova postupu. V závěru jsou též navržena určitá opatření.

Job satisfaction analysis in PIKE Electronic, spol. s r.o. (Ltd.) focused on the motivation of employees

This diploma thesis consists of theoretical and practical parts. The theoretical part reviews some theories of motivation as well as theories of work motivation. Secondly, it describes the relationship between motivation, job satisfaction and performance. Thirdly, there is a description of job satisfaction factors. In the practical part, job satisfaction was analysed in the particular company and a few recommendations to the company management were made. The company situation was revised after ten months and other recommendations to the management were made.

Diplomová práce se zabývá analýzou pracovní spokojenosti zaměstnanců ve společnosti Ocel s.r.o. Obsahem práce je zpracování teoretické koncepce problematiky pracovní spokojenosti a následně analýza její úrovně ve společnosti. Na základě vyhodnocení výzkumu jsou navržena opatření, která povedou ke zvýšení pracovní spokojenosti zaměstnanců.

Analýza pracovních míst společnosti Memos Software, s.r.o.

Diplomová práce pojednává o analýze pracovních míst v malé softwarové společnosti Memos Software, s.r.o. První část práce se zabývá teorií, přičemž se zaměřuje zejména na důležitost analýzy pracovních míst a na její metody. Druhá praktická část provádí a vyhodnocuje dotazníkové šetření ve zkoumané firmě. Výsledkem výzkumného šetření je sestavení nových aktuálních popisů a specifikací pracovních míst pro Memos Software, s.r.o. Tyto nové profily by měly zefektivnit výběrová řízení firmy.
