	Social and pedagogical help to cictims of home violence Kadlecová, Martina ; Lorenzová, Jitka (advisor) ; Chrdlová, Michaela (referee) The thesis deals with social and pedagogical aspects of a home violence. The preface defines the basic terms related to the home violence issue and an attention is paid to the home violence actors. The following chapter deals with the meaning of prevention of the home violence, the emphasis being placed on the primary prevention. The thesis also outlines the possibilities of a legal protection and help to home violence victims from the point of view of legal standards. The core part of the thesis focuses on social and pedagogical help to home violence victims, where social and pedagogical aspects of the work with the home violence victims are defined. Attention is paid not only to the direct work with the home violence victims but also to other systems of help to actors of home violence. A meaning of the interdisciplinary cooperation is raised here in solving the home violence and activities of institutions providing help to home victims are described. The last chapter of the theoretical thesis offers an evaluation of the present system of help provided to the home violence victims in CR. The empirical survey finds out the current status of awareness of the selected sample of the population about the home violence, then its attitudes towards the same and the experience with it. 	The personality of chronic disease pupil and possibilities of his/her development in cognitive and metacognitive area Lukschová, Kateřina ; Chrdlová, Michaela (referee) ; Krykorková, Hana (advisor) This graduate thesis deals with a pupil with chronic disease and how his/ her disease is reflected in the sphere of knowing, reflections and learning. In the first part, we limit the concept of chronic disease and outline classification of chronic diseases and their features. We also deal with the influence of the disease on a child's psyche and the special characteristics combined with a pupil's chronic disease in the school environment and, subsequently, we pay attention to problems of the personality of a pupil with chronic disease in the context of knowing and learning. 	The possibilities of using child's drawing as one of the diagnostic techniques in pedagogical work with abused children Kroužilová, Iva ; Chrdlová, Michaela (referee) ; Krykorková, Hana (advisor) The aim of this diploma work is to provide teachers and other pedagogical staff with the summary of recommendations for dealing with the child's drawing as one of the diagnostic techniques which enables detection of the fact that the child is being abused or neglect. The theoretical part deals with syndrome CAN and child's drawing as one of the projective techniques. The empirical part of this diploma work includes the sample usage of child's drawing as the diagnostic technique when dealing with child being abused and neglect. The results of the self-constructed questionnaire provide with the information concerning the possibilities of using child's drawing as the diagnostic technique when dealing with child being abused and neglect. The questionnaires were filled in by the teachers of primary schools in Středočeský region. In connection with this fact I created the summary of recommendations regarding the possibilities of using of child's drawing as one of the diagnostic techniques for detection of the child being abused or neglect.
