System for preventing unauthorised persons from entering platform areas
Jílek, Michal ; Říha, Kamil (referee) ; Přinosil, Jiří (advisor)
The work deals with the design of a non-existent security system to secure the station from unauthorized persons, which will increase the level and quality of travel for passengers. The system uses computer vision and software developed in C ++ with the OpenCV library. The practical part describes the development of the ticket detector, comparison with the model and validation of the ticket using OCR.
Interactive web applications for education of color theory
Koroleva, Anfisa ; Přinosil, Jiří (referee) ; Rajmic, Pavel (advisor)
This bachelor thesis deals with the issue of interpretation of colors and color images in computer graphics. Specifically, the work is focused on the development of simple web applications – applets that will serve for interactive submission of methods used in the field of computer processing of color images. The created applets should demonstrate the relevant theory relating to color mixing in different color models, conversion of a color image to a gray-scale image, conversion of a gray-scale image to a false-color image, conversion of physical light into CIE XYZ and L*a*b* color spaces. The first part of the thesis describes the theoretical basis for the required applets. The following practical part is dedicated to the process of implementing the applets using JavaScript and HTML.
Traffic sign detection in real time
Sicha, Marek ; Přinosil, Jiří (referee) ; Bravenec, Tomáš (advisor)
The bachelor's thesis focuses on the detection and classification of traffic signs in images and video sequences. The goal of the work is also the possibility to perform detection and classification on a single board computer. Neural networks and the Python programming language were chosen to solve the problem. Object detection and classification are solved separately, so two neural networks were used. A convolutional neural network was chosen for classification and a detector from the EfficientDet family was chosen for detection. The overall architecture was tested on a single board Nvidia Jetson Nano computer.
Wireless robot control using mobile platform
Matuška, Jakub ; Kiac, Martin (referee) ; Přinosil, Jiří (advisor)
This bachelor’s thesis deals with design and implementation of an application for robot’s omnidirectional movement control using mobile platform. Implementation includes an Android application, used as user interface, as well as robot–side Python program for controlling movement and sending RTP stream to Android application. User can control robot’s movement using two virtual joysticks. Raspberry Pi was used as the control unit. The application has security module. Pipeline-based multimedia framework named GStreamer was used to implement RTP steaming. This paper describes necessary theory first and then introduces basic building blocks used in creation process of the application.
Masked face recognition
Kašpar, Jan ; Kříž, Petr (referee) ; Přinosil, Jiří (advisor)
This bachelor thesis focuses on the recognition of people with covered faces. The work describes four algorithms InsightFace, FaceNet, OpenFace, and face recognition. From these algorithms, the most suitable for recognizing people with a covered face is selected. Two databases of persons are created, and two models for the recognition of persons are trained; one is for the recognition of persons with a covered face and the other for non-covered persons. ROC curves are created for these models to determine the accuracy of the models. The created program is used to recognize people or to add them to the database created by SQLite.
Hough Transform and its Variants
Stejskal, Jan ; Přinosil, Jiří (referee) ; Říha, Kamil (advisor)
This thesis focuses on basic principles of Hough transform for the detection of lines, circles and arbitrary shapes, their algorithms, computational complexity and preparation of a picture for detection. The description of implementation of individual algorithms and creation of an aplication that demonstrates their properties. Implementation has been done in programming language MS Visual C++ with the help of open source library OpenCV and user interface has been created using IDE Qt Creator 4.13.2 (Community).

Deep learning based sound records analysis
Kramář, Denis ; Říha, Kamil (referee) ; Přinosil, Jiří (advisor)
This master thesis deals with the problem of audio-classification of the chainsaw logging sound in natural environment using mainly convolutional neural networks. First, a theory of grafical representation of audio signal is discussed. Following part is devoted to the machine learning area. In third chapter, some of present works dealing with this problematics are given. Within the practical part, used dataset and tested neural networks are presented. Final resultes are compared by achieved accuracy and by ROC curves. The robustness of the presented solutions was tested by proposed detection program and evaluated using objective criteria.
4K real-time video encoding using NVENC technology
Buchta, Martin ; Přinosil, Jiří (referee) ; Kříž, Petr (advisor)
Diploma thesis is focused on real-time 4K video encoding using NVENC technology. First chapter describes the most used video codecs H.264 and HEVC. There is an explanation of the principle of graphic cards and their programmable units. Analysis of the solution of open source Video Codec SDK is also part of the thesis. The main focus of the thesis is an implementation of an application which can handle 4K video encoding from multiple cameras in real time. Performance and qualitative tests were performed for application. Results of these tests were analyzed and discussed.
Synthesis of Sound from Images
Zavřel, Petr ; Přinosil, Jiří (referee) ; Říha, Kamil (advisor)
This diploma thesis deals with the creation of sound from images. Before looking into the actual conversion of data, it takes into consideration the correlation between sound and images. Colour models of pictures used for the extraction of image data suitable for conversion into sound are examined here. Subsequently the work introduces methods for creating sound and changing its basic parameters. In order to present a suitable representation of sound, the work also explains the basics of music theory and methods of sound synthesis. The first part of the thesis offers two fully-fledged solutions using independent applications created in the MATLAB environment, where the basic principle is the division of the image into lines and the use of granular synthesis. The second part of the thesis describes the solution of the third application created in C++ language, where the emphasis is on adhering to the principles of music composition.
