Records of flight time
Novotný, Lukáš ; Jebáček, Ivo (referee) ; Hammer, Jaromír (advisor)
My bachelor’s thesis is focused on the record of the flight time. It discusses the correct way of writting records into Pilot Log Book and to the Journey Log (Book) and the differences each of log books. It is also about the time of operation and its records in Aircraft Log Book, Engine Log Book and Propeller Log Book, where the time of operation is the prior factor for the determination of maintenace.
Meteorology and measurement techniques
Vaňousová, Jana ; Hammer, Jaromír (referee) ; Jebáček, Ivo (advisor)
This thesis deals with the branch of science called Meteorology. It is connected with measurement techniques, too. Basic terms are defined, structure and classification of atmosphere there are briefly described and furthermore basic meteorologic components are analysed. Finally there is an evaluation of meteorologic data measured unprofessional meteorologic station.
Atmospheric Turbulence and its Impact on Aircraft Traffic
Szarka, Martin ; Jebáček, Ivo (referee) ; Krška, Karel (advisor)
Bachelor thesis deals with the influence of turbulence on flight operations. It contains basic information and knowledge for pilots of aircrafts and gliders. Special attention is paid to clear air turbulence, jet stream, wake turbulence and air chemical activity. Bachleor thesis is conceived in meteorogical aspect, it includes general information of accompanying phenomena.
Wing design of the gliders
Löffelmann, František ; Weis, Martin (referee) ; Jebáček, Ivo (advisor)
Thesis treats influences of geometrical characteristics on aerodynamic wing properties generally meaning, wing construction load and describes typical wing design. Next there are introduced basic requirements on gliders, according to regulation CS-22. Consequently there are described composite structures and there is sketched their design. There are described wings of two different present high-performance sail-planes (Schleicher ASW 22, SZD56-2 Diana-2). Finally there are compared modern gliders, their performances and on this basic there are compared performances of 15-metre Class and 18-metre Class.
Landing gears of ultralight airplanes and its loading
Talanda, Tomáš ; Jebáček, Ivo (referee) ; Juračka, Jaroslav (advisor)
This bachelor thesis deals with engineering solution and loading of ultralight aircraft landing gear. At first requirements for landing gear are mentioned, then the basic arrangement and structural design of aircraft landing gear are explicated. Next part contains calculation procedure and sample calculation of P92 ECHO aircraft landing gear loading. The last part of the thesis deals with experimental verification of landing gear loading, that was calculated before.
The Concept of the Individual Categories of Aircraft
Havránek, Jan ; Jebáček, Ivo (referee) ; Zablatzký, Jiří (advisor)
This bachelor’s thesis deals with categories of fixed-wing aircraft and their concepts. It searches for the typical concepts in each category and explains the reasons for using them. It brings out the advantages and disadvantages of the individual designs in terms of aerodynamics, structure, technology and operation.
Wing structure
Kaňák, Ondřej ; Weis, Martin (referee) ; Jebáček, Ivo (advisor)
This bachelor’s thesis deal with the wing structure of small aeroplanes. Step by step we are discovering different kinds of constructions and their usage in aerospace industry. Characteristic signs (shape, geometric, load), advantages and disadvantages construction types are shown in this work.
Aircraft speed Measurement
Mokoš, Marian ; Jebáček, Ivo (referee) ; Zikmund, Pavel (advisor)
The Bachelor´s thesis is focused on the measurement of flight especially the speed of the aircraft. The first part includes the list of aircraft on-board instruments, measurement errors and the types of speeds. The principle of an aircraft speedmeters and the list of probes subdivided by measuring the speed of flight are mentioned. The second part is focused on unmanned aerial vehicle SPECTO and choosing the appropriate probe for this aircraft.
Technics and Methods of Aircraft Testing
Rydlo, Tomáš ; Augustin, Petr (referee) ; Jebáček, Ivo (advisor)
This bachelor´s thesis deals with processing of technics and methods of aircraft testing. Even the name shows that this theme is very demanding and extensive. Therefore was the aim to simplify this area and compile his summary. The work is divided into three basic areas of static strength tests, fatigue tests and flight tests. At the beginning of each area is familiar with the issues and methods to solving problems. For lucidity is each area subdivided and accompanied by pictures.
Methods of Data Processing from Flight Tests
Kozelský, Martin ; Zablatzký, Jiří (referee) ; Jebáček, Ivo (advisor)
Summary of modern measuring instruments for measure basic and others important data from flight test. Processing through the use of definition of errors and accuracies of measuring instrument. The principles and function of used measuring instruments are described in this work. The errors, which are participate at mistakes are described too. These errors must include with flight test data.
