Reduction of non conformity parts in a company CCI by procedure Six sigma
Harák, Petr ; Kubík, Roman (referee) ; Kalivoda, Milan (advisor)
The dissertation deals point at issue of nonconforming components in CCI CR, Ltd., Special focus is on errors in machine cutting and in marking components, which lead to discrepancy of components with manufacturing documentation. The goal of dissertation is star-up a remedial process, which will reduce defective components. The result will be tested by the Six Sigma methodology.
Emergency back-up power source with a thermoelectric cell
Kubík, Roman ; Červinka, Dalibor (referee) ; Vorel, Pavel (advisor)
This master´s thesis is directed to an research of thermoelectric cells as power sources. It is discoursing about general properities of thermoelectric cells and their using at practical aplications in the first part. Then a heating and cooling system is designed and made for a selected type of thermoelectric cell which represents the emergency back-up power source. In the next part a DC/DC step-up converter is designed for a selected type of thermoelectric cell. This converter generates the DC load voltage 12V. The converter is controlled by PWM with a carrier frequency 50kHz.
Classification of flexible manufacturing systems & machining centers
Selucký, Jaroslav ; Kalivoda, Milan (referee) ; Kubík, Roman (advisor)
This bachelor´s thesis is focused on analysis of the flexible manufacturing systems and machining centers. In the first section the basic characteristics of the flexible manufacturing systems and their versions are described. There´s also a description of the manipulators, conveyors and possible layouts of systems which are often used in the flexible manufacturing systems. The next section is focused on the description and classification of the machining centers as the main parts of flexible manufacturing systems. The classification is firstly done according to the design and technical possibilities and in the last section the flexible manufacturing systems are classified according the user´s requirements.
Design of the fixture for the clamping of the machined part
Pilař, Radek ; Kubík, Roman (referee) ; Strejček, Jan (advisor)
Bachelor’s thesis is focused on design for clamping of machined part on CNC machine EC-1600. Familiarization with issue, including a theory that is necessary for desing and manufactrure of the fixture. There are made design of options fixture, calculations of cutting forces, clamping forces, verification of safety and economic evaluation. The aim is to create the documentation that discusses all information regarding to a proposal fixture clamp of managment of the compandy OMNI-X CZ.
Technical equipment analysis of modern storage systems
Zapletalík, Jiří ; Kalivoda, Milan (referee) ; Kubík, Roman (advisor)
Bachelor‘s thesis is focused on mapping the current offers of sophisticated storages systems. Today, the storages systems are often implemented to logistic systems in different companies. Part of the systems is usually an automatic loading, unloading and providing the actual information about the storage units.
Modern cooling lubricant for metal machining
Menšíková, Markéta ; Kubík, Roman (referee) ; Zemčík, Oskar (advisor)
This Bachelor’s thesis focuses on literature search of problems of process liquids. This thesis describes basic principles and methods of cooling and lubrication in machining, sorts of process liquids, activities associated with the use of these liquids and current market situation. The output of this thesis is general technical economic evaluation for using process liquids in machining.
Design innovation of machinery in companies for mold machining
Jezbera, Jaroslav ; Kubík, Roman (referee) ; Slaný, Martin (advisor)
This thesis is focused on innovation of machinery and equipment in the establishment "Nástrojárna GREGOR s.r.o." with its headquarters in Skřivany, which specializes in the production of molds. Matters that require attention when buying and setting up new machinery are taken into consideration, and accessories that are usable in the manufacture of molds are reviewed. The goal of this thesis are two proposals for placement of new machinery are made and evaluated.
Manufacturing of Components Using a CNC Machine
Smolík, Adam ; Kubík, Roman (referee) ; Kalivoda, Milan (advisor)
Bachelor thesis is concerned with sample part production (centering part). First part of thesis is focused on constructive-technological analysis of component, furthemore description of concrete CNC machine, tooling and procedural liquid choice. Setting of NC program in operating system Heidenhain iTNC 530, technological analysis and cutting conditions allocation follow in next thesis part. The complete proces is verified by the machine. The final thesis part is devoted to the finished product presentation, including the semi-product choice and the used material.
Designing a Component Technology for the ŽĎAS Company
Ločárková, Hana ; Kubík, Roman (referee) ; Kalivoda, Milan (advisor)
The Bachelor Thesis is focusing on the manufacture of a gear ring assembled from two half-rings. In the first chapter the product itself, the gear ring and the company ZDAS, a.s. where it is made, are described. This is followed by component production sequence, starting with the receipt of purchase order, the pre-manufacturing operations, making the pattern, casting itself through the rough machined semi-product release to the finish machining workplace incl. making the teeth. In the next section the attention is paid to production-related critical points and the proposal of possible new version of technological process. The last section is devoted to the technological-and-economical assessment of the production proposed. The production is looked on in terms of satisfaction of the desired quality criteria. The production sequence is traced as per the schedule and the sequence of operations and/or workplaces involved in the manufacture is shown.
Manufacture of Fire-Extinguisher
Holub, Matyáš ; Kubík, Roman (referee) ; Kalivoda, Milan (advisor)
The aim of this work is to find methods how to save in the manufacture of fire extinguisher provided that there is no deterioration in the quality of the product. They are considered two methods. Method A is the current method. Method B is the proposed method. The part of the comparison of the two methods is the price calculation of the fire extinguisher, which has led to savings. In the proposed method time of returns is also calculated when new equipment is being bought.
