The analysis of the current state of the business identified key issues, such as an inefficient booking system, a weak online presence, and a lack of a centralized CRM. Based on the analysis results, the thesis proposes implementing a CRM system on the Tilda platform, which offers integrated tools for online booking, customer management, marketing, and data analysis. The thesis describes in detail the functionality of the system and its benefits for improving processes in the barbershop. The thesis includes an economic evaluation of the project, which demonstrates a high return on investment in the CRM system.

In the final third part, we will focus on the specific design of the system, leveraging the previous analyses. The aim of this bachelor thesis is to develop an application in Visual Basic for Applications (VBA) programming language for JSA Design, a painting company. The firm, which had not previously used any electronic information system, identified a need for a new system that would simplify the calculation of job prices and the storage of job information. The work focused on the development of an application integrated into a Microsoft Excel environment that would automate and streamline the pricing and management of contracts. The main tasks of the application are the automated calculation of contract prices based on predefined criteria and parametric inputs, as well as the possibility of archiving and transparent storage of contract data. The result is a system that not only simplifies the company's internal processes, but also provides the basis for further expansion of functionality in the future. The thesis also includes testing of the application in a real company environment, which demonstrates its benefits and effectiveness.

Mobile Application For Personal Finance Management

The bachelor thesis is focused on the design and development of a cross-platform application for personal finance management. The thesis is divided into three parts, the first one describes the theoretical background of personal finance, financial management and technologies for the development of cross-platform applications. The second part includes an analysis of the current state of the mobile operating system market, an analysis of existing solutions and an analysis of trends in mobile applications. Based on these analyses, functional and non-functional requirements are determined, and SWOT analysis is developed. The last section describes the implementation of the application, its different parts, and database. The thesis concludes with the monetization of the application, economic evaluation, and planned extensions of the application.
