The work deals with the identification of management needs and requirements, which will be included in the analysis of the company and then, with their help, the creation of a solution proposal, which includes the creation of specialized dashboards, key performance indicators (KPI) and interactive reports, in order to provide accurate and relevant information for company managers. of this work is a new reporting system that has the potential to improve decision-making and support business performance and competitiveness.

The bachelor thesis deals with the evaluation of the information system used by an unnamed state institution for the collection of data from obliged subjects. Within the thesis, the basic theoretical concepts are described, followed by an analytical part, where the state of the institution and the information system is assessed through appropriate analyses. The last part of the thesis is based on the results of the analyses and deals with suggestions for changes that would improve the current state of the information system and increase its efficiency.

The theoretical part of the thesis characterizes important concepts for better understanding of the following parts of the thesis. The analytical part evaluates the current state of the information system in the pharmacy with the help of selected analyses. The results of the analyses serve as a basis for the design part, where solutions to the system's deficiencies are presented and then the costs and benefits of the proposed solution are shown.

To understand the issue at hand, theoretical foundations are first introduced. Subsequently, the issue of the current state in the company is addressed using relevant analyses to identify deficiencies and opportunities for improvement. Based on the acquired knowledge, a comparison is made, and another information system is selected. The thesis also includes a proposal for the possible course of its implementation.
