It contains a system analysis of the solved problem, a proposal and justification of the chosen method of solution. Furthermore, the requirements of harmonized standards and the requirements of good technical practice are processed here, from which an editable list of requirements is compiled.

Safety assessment of an operating Haas VF-2SSYT machining centre

This thesis focuses on the safety assessment of a CNC machining centre. In the introductory part the current requirements of the European Union and Czech legislation are summarized. This is followed by a systematic analysis of the issues and an analysis of good engineering practice. The second part of the thesis is devoted to the safety assessment of the production equipment itself. On the basis of checklists, potential risks are identified, which are subsequently analysed and evaluated.

Automatická výměna velkých obrobků u obráběcích center

The subject of this bachelor thesis describes an automatic workpiece replacement at the machining centres. The description is divided into three chapters. The first chapter deals with clamping and positioning of the technological pallets and workpieces. The second chapter is focused on determination of position of workpieces and on manipulation between the machine and container with assistance of manipulators. In the third part, the thesis aims on containers of the technological pallets and their use in the process of automatic workpiece replacement.

Design of turning machine C axe

The subject of this thesis is the construction of turning machine C axis. The first part of this work includes a search of possible methods of construction drive C axis. The second part includes a choice of drive parameters, conceptual proposals for possible solutions and selecting the most appropriate variant. Also included is a 3D model of the lathe spindle with the C axis, modeled in SolidWorks 2007 and assembly drawing of spindle with C axis.

Automatic machine for welding of girder

The Diploma Thesis discusses the design and overall construction of an automatic machine for welding of girders. The welding machine uses the MAG Method. The designed welding machine is made as a construction set that consists of components produced by FRONIUS. The aims of the given task are an analysis of present production, and the use of the firm’s sources and the design of a workplace.

Within the specific machinery, a list of relevant harmonized standards, a list of possible hazards and an overview of calculations with a particular calculation of the safe cover thickness is prepared.

Design of a mobile projection device supporting the virtual reality environment

This work deals with the analysis of the state and development of virtual reality and AR. In this work I described in detail the advantages and disadvantages of individual technologies, history, present state and trends in development these technologies. In addition to modelling components in a virtual environment, the current state of the art allows the assembly or disassembling of individual machinery as well as testing their functionality and mechanical properties, using special goggles and gloves. The basis for creating 3D images are special projectors, in one, two, or quadruple configurations. The aim of this bachelor thesis is to design a modular and flexible box for the projectors. The designed concept allows for different flexible arrangements of one, two or four projectors, while providing us with simple and accurate alignment.

Use of sensors in automation

This bachelor thesis contains a summary and conclusion of technical conditions of industrial sensors in the automatization field. The objective of this thesis is to analyze industrial sensors and subsequently list possibilities of their utilization in the automatization. This analysis was performed based on particular kind of sensors which were divided in accordance to their physical qualities. As a result of acquired research regarding principles and function of these sensors, it is possible to specify the essential advantages and disadvantages of the sensors. This acquired research allows for accurate usage and implementation of sensors in the engineering practice. Therefore, this thesis offers a summary of sensor information which can assist a reader to choose the proper sensor for particular applications.

This bachelor thesis is mainly focused on a design of the milling head for the CNC lathe. In the introductory part there is a search in the area of tooling systems with a focus on various versions of turrets. The following is an analysis of the given parameters and the choice of a suitable solution, which is then in the next part of the thesis computed and designed.
