Influence of condition workout on the performance of a junior tennis player

The influence of condition workout on the performance of a junior tennis player The goal of the thesis is to find out to what extent the performance of a junior tennis player is influenced by a condition workout. The goal of performing regular tests is mainly to analyze the improvement or decline of the condition of a selected group of players between the age of 7 - 15 years, and furthermore, to evaluate the relation between the improvement of condition and tennis performance based the results of these tests. Questionnaires are set up to find out the attitude of successful as well as less successful players towards condition workout, and also whether improved physical fitness has a positive impact on the mental part of young tennis players' game. The results of the thesis indicate that improved physical fitness has a significant impact on young tennis players' performance. It has also shown that the mental part of their game is positively influenced thereby, too. And last but not least, players who are more successful dedicate more time to their tennis, condition, and regeneration exercises than their less successful rivals.
Ethnographic Research on Pixadores: Why Brazilian Taggers Transform the Urban Landscape?

This work examines the intervention of Brazilian street artists into the public space of São Paulo metropolis. Pixadores, as they are called, are young people brought up in the poor suburbs of São Paulo. The society perceives them as "vandals" and "delinquents". However, spraying for them is an important part of their life and they do not stop spraying even after starting a family. They risk their lives and often find themselves on the brink of life and death. The aim of this work is to understand the behavior of these sprayers by using the ethnographic method and to answer the question, why is this transgressive practice important to them. Through their writings, they are highlighting their presence and are becoming a direct part of the city. On the one hand, their doing is a syndrome of social problems in the context of Brazilian society. On the other hand, these forms of conscious property damage may be associated with the idea of protest, the affirmation of their position in the margins of society or the respect earned from their peers. Music, Singing and Dance in Arab Muslim Society: the View of Religious Authorities and Reality Nowadays The study concerns theoretic and empirical analysis of contemporary Arab Muslims attitudes towards the issue of music, singing and dance performance. The issue is viewed from the perspective of religious authorities in contrast with the view of ordinary Muslims and everyday reality. Firstly, the theoretical part notes down a wide response spectrum on the question of principle: are the above mentioned activities considered as permitted or prohibited in Islam? The points of view are grounded in excerpts of traditional Islamic texts and legal experts' opinions. The next part focuses on the elements of music, singing and dance that can be found in Islamic religious practice as well as the real significance of their role in it. The third and final chapter aspires to show the reality of everyday life in Arab Muslim society. With reference to the first part of the study, it aims to notice the divergence of opinion on this issue.
