Development and structure of crime in the Czech Republic The aim of this thesis is a comparison and presenting the development of crime in the Czech Republic in three different ways. From a short-term point of view, I was comparing the development of crime in the last three years, which was in 2020 affected by pandemic COVID- 19. From a long-term perspective, I monitored the development of crime over four equally distant years, focusing on the importance of dividing crime into separate categories. I focused the last comparison on the description of the problems of international comparison and the presentation of three levels of possible international cooperation. The primary source of information was publicly available statistics of the Police of the Czech Republic. Other publicly available statistics were also used, especially during international comparisons. I divided the thesis into five chapters. The first chapter is theoretical and focuses on the presentation and definition of basic terms which are key to understanding the following text and crime statistics. Image of Exel Brand

Title: Image of Exel brand Objectives: The objective of this bachelor thesis is to find out what is the image of brand Exel like and suggest measures which could improve the image of the brand on the Czech market. That would be based on marketing research and its obtained data. Methods: This bachelor thesis uses the method of electronic questioning and interview. The method of interview was used during the meeting with representative of Exel brand for the Czech market. The data that helped to identify the image of the chosen brand was collected by electronic questioning. The interview was also used to question several floorball players to get a more detail information about the Exel brand. The research sample was chosen from fundamental aggregate of floorball players, who are the potential customers on the floorball market. Results: The results of marketing research on image of Exel brand have shown that the brand holds a good position on the Czech floorball market. The brand is from the big part evaluated as quality, traditional and has the modern looking design of products. The research has next shown that floorball players do not have sufficient information about the brand. That might be caused by the bad promotion of brand, for example by absence of quality web pages. Reinterpretation of field data and balance of contamination at the site Krupka

The aim of my thesis was the reinterpretation of data and the subsequent balance of pollution in the saturated and unsaturated zone of the location Šrouby Krupka. All the data related to the pollution by chlorinated and petroleum hydrocarbons in this area were re-reviewed by using the reinterpretation of the data. Furthermore, I pointed out and explained possible differences between my findings and the findings of other papers. The data were reinterpreted by means of statistical analysis, especially by using box graphs and cluster analysis. The whole reinterpretation of the data served as a very good basis for creating the balance of contaminants in the saturated and unsaturated zone. The results show that the unsaturated zone is primarily contaminated. The greatest pollution of the area is caused by petroleum hydrocarbons.
Customers satisfaction with the services of Energy Studio

Title: Customers satisfaction with the services of Energy Studio Objectives: The objective of this diploma thesis is to find out the quality of services provided by Energy Studio via SERVQUAL questionnaire. Then create suggestions and recommendations based on the results of this questionnaire. These suggestions and recommendations should lead to overall improvement of quality of all services offered by Energy Studio. Methods: The research of service quality in yoga center Energy Studio was performed by using standardized SERVQUAL questionnaire which explored the actual perceived quality of services and was comparing it to clients expectations. The data collection took place in the period from February 2015 until the half of March 2015. Results: The results of the customer's satisfaction analysis in Energy Studio Václava Krejčíka show that the customers are very satisfied with services provided by studio. The overall quality of services in that yoga center are evaluated better than was customers expectation. There are small gaps in some services, on which should Energy Studio focused in order to reach the maximal customer satisfaction. Vytvoření komplexního informačního systému integrované prevence v ČR

Výsledkem projektu bude funkční řádně dokumentovaný informační systém, který zajistí potřeby resortních organizací, orgánů státní a veřejné správy, odborné i laické veřejnosti v oblasti poskytování informací o stavu životního prostředí. Bude podporovat poskytování reportingových zpráv pro EU i pro další účely. V rámci jednotlivých krajů byly shromážděny veřejně dostupné informace o prevenci závažných havárií. Byl shrnut legislativní rámec pro danou problematiku. Byl vypracován rejstřík chemických látek, který obsahuje cca 900 druhů chemických látek klasifikovaných do skupin podle vybraných nebezpečných vlastností uvedených v zákoně č. 59/2006 Sb. Při návštěvách krajských úřadů bylo provedeno šetření stávajícího stavu zařazených a nezařazených podniků do systému integrované prevence. Proběhlo dotazníkové šetření s cílem popsat činnosti státní správy v oblasti prevence závažných havárií. Byly vedeny diskuse s pracovníky úřadů o způsobech vedení evidence, jejích nedostatcích, možných vylepšeních současného stavu a o potenciálních výstupech projektu. Především k výstupům z těchto jednání by mělo být při tvorbě informačního systému přihlíženo. Zpráva obsahuje v příloze i vlastní dotazníky.
