Physiotherapy in childrens rheumatology, physiotherapy at chronic pain syndrome in children

For chronic musculoskeletal pain syndromes (CPS) is typical longterm persistent pain without an identifiable morphological cause. These CPS affect mostly older children and females. We recognise two different forms of CPS, diffuse, represented by fibromyalgia and, localised, which is represented by complex regional pain syndrome type 1. This work is primarily focused on juvenile primary fibromyalgia syndrome (JPFS), which is characterised by widespread pain and numerous painful tender points upon palpation. Very often other symptoms such as sleep disturbance, fatigue, headaches, irritable bowel syndromes and anxiety are presented. To succesful treat JPFS the multidisciplinary approach is necessary. This work describes posibilities of physiotherapy in JPFS as a key to succes of interdisciplinary teamwork. Key words: chronic pain, fibromyalgia, multidisciplinary therapy, pain management, children

REGULATION OF RADIO AND TV BROADCASTING

An analysis of the state interventions into a broadcasting market will be the aim of this thesis. A state is in the most of countries represented by a special broadcasting market commission. In my thesis I will focus on the commission's behaviour. In the first part of my thesis I would like to consider a theoretical background, history and actual legislation of the electromagnetic spectrum regulation, particularly the legislation of both types of regulation -- structural and content regulation. Conclusions reached will be applied to the situation in the Czech Republic. The thesis should answer questions as whether the members of the commissions are objective, independent in their decision-making and behave within the defined legal frame. Acting of the Czech commission will be analyzed on the example of "Radio Wave affair". This radio station was taken from analog broadcast after the pressure from the Council of the Czech Radio.

Pension reform: necessity or rent-seeking?

Pension reform is a very discussed topic of these days. Almost all groups of population agree that present system is unmaintainable because of the unfavourable demographic evolution. However, suggested methods of solution are various. This work is focused especially on a possibility of transition to a mandatory saving that represents one of three pillars of the pension system. Its aim is to analyze if the reform of the pension system can be a contribution for the whole population or only for certain groups. The paper will evaluate results from the countries in which reform has already passed (especially Chile), sum up if the pension privatization was an effective step and judge if this system is applicable also in the Czech Republic. The final report of Bezděk committee that has been analyzing the current system and suggesting changes in the system will be another source of reference. In conclusion the work should answer the question if the fund system is more suitable than the current PAYG system in the Czech Republic.
