Stanková, Lucie ; Riedl Černíková, Barbora (advisor) ; Kašická, Jana (referee)
The thesis focuses on the topics of personal well-being of employees, work environment and leadership coaching. The aim of the thesis is to describe the topic of personal well-being in the context of the work environment and to evaluate the impact of individual leadership coaching on leadership style and personal well-being in the work environment. The thesis consists of five main chapters. In the first three chapters, a literature review is presented. Options for influencing personal well-being in the work environment are described, highlighting the influence of coaching as a factor to enhance personal well-being in the work environment. The effect of coaching on the competences of managers
Spilková, Karolína ; Šípová, Ivana (advisor) ; Kašická, Jana (referee)
The thesis focuses on the effect of positive leadership coaching on managers' competences. The theoretical part of the thesis explains the concept of leadership and its theories. It focuses on its development with the main emphasis on positive leadership coaching. It then introduces the concept of coaching competence of managers with its different parts as well as the measurement methods and previous research on this phenomenon. The aim of the empirical part was to test whether training in positive leadership coaching for managers would significantly increase the value of their competencies. Due to the research nature of this thesis, a longitudinal field pre-post research design was used. The moderating role of the so-called process variables was also taken into account. The resulting analysis did not support a relationship between the positive leadership coaching intervention and an increase in managers' competencies. However, there was a significant increase in the competency component of work alliance, assuming that this relationship was moderated by the process variable. In terms of practical implications, the results suggest that a positive leadership coaching program may be valuable as an applied positive intervention to help managers develop the coaching competency of work alliance. Kašická, Jana ; Gillernová, Ilona (advisor) ; Šulová, Lenka (referee)
This work aimed to map the attachment to parents and friends and to find out how this variable is related to self-esteem and self-efficacy in adolescence. Another aim of the work was to verify whether the relationship between the dimensions of attachment and self-evaluation mediates one's own effectiveness. The research population consisted of 206 adolescents aged 15-17. The data was obtained by completing questionnaires. Attachment in the dimensions of "anxiety" and "avoidance" was determined by the Experience in CloseRelationships - Relationship Structures Questionnaire (ECR-RS), the Rosenberg self-assessment scale was used to measure self-esteem and the General Self-Efficacy Scale (GSE) method to measure self-efficacy. It was found that almost all dimensions of attachment to mother, father and friend have a significant relationship with self-esteem and self-efficacy. Only in the case of avoidance to a friend, an indirect connection was proven. Furthermore, it was shown that boys' self-esteem and self-efficacy are not related to an attachment to a friend. In boys and girls, a strong influence of the relationship with the mother on the level of self-esteem and of self-efficacy was confirmed. The effect of the relationship with the father on the level of self-efficacy was demonstrated only in boys,...
