Economic Evaluation and Risk Assessment of Investment Project

The diploma thesis deals with the life cycle of the project, economic evaluation and risk analysis and its findings should help in deciding on the investment to take over the project and its further implementation. The introductory part of the work is used to get acquainted with the theoretical basis, methods of risk analysis and economic evaluation and design of a methodological procedure for the development of a case study. The case study uses economic indicators to assess the investment project and further defines and evaluates risks using the modified RIPRAN method. Some measures to reduce the risks of the project are also described and proposed.
Valuation of Economic Risk of Investor in Realization of Investment Project

This thesis is focused on assessing the economic risk for the investor in the implementation of the investment project. An investor's decision on the implementation of the project depends on the economic feasibility analysis identified outputs, these outputs are burdened by economic uncertainty, which raises the risk. Therefore, it is necessary to manage risk. The process of risk management consists of a phase of risk analysis and risk management phase. In the analysis phase is to identify risks, assessments of materiality and risk measurement. In the phase of risk management risks identified evaluate and establish measures to prevent their occurrence or impact.
OPTIMIZATION OF THE PROCESS FROM THE PERSPECTIVE OF A PUBLIC PROJECT SPONSOR

Dissertation titled Optimization of the process from the perspektive of the public project sponsor indicates the procurement process both through public procurement, and primarily through PPP (Public Private Partnership). The main objective is to optimize the procurement process by PPP from the perspective of the owner. Therefore, under the general statutes of the Ministry of Finance is processed general process and design methodology for assessing the project within municipalities. This model is then verified in the context of case study in a specific project.
Economic Analysis of Selected Areas determined for Building in the Municipality

This thesis aims to create a tool for evaluation of suitability to invest into a preparation of a specific area for family houses construction. This investment includes costs for land buy-outs as well as costs for public and technical infrastructures. The theoretical part of this thesis begins with types and properties of investment projects, lify cycle of a project and its financial sources. Following chapter concentrates on description of multicriteria analysis that is used for decision making process of an investing company. Its advantage is that it includes into its computation also non-economic parameters. Based on this multicriteria analysis a case study for chosen areas suitable for houses was conducted. The case study shows economic efficiency evaluation of an investment into chosen areas suitable for houses and includes suggestions of other parameters that could be added into the analysis.
Tendering Procedure in Process of Investment Construction

The issue solved in this thesis is the procedure for the award of public contract with extensive subject matter of the construction works. In accordance with assumed level of fulfillment, over limit public order is awarded in open procedure. Afterwards, the analysis of submitted bids from contenders was created in parallel with an assessment of the impacts, which have occurred during the implementation of the fulfilling of the public contract. The thesis is examined from the perspective of the Act No. 137/2006 Coll., on Public Procurement, as amended. Future recommendation is the establishment of new amendment to that Act, with the aim to increase the evaluation criterion of economic advantageousness of tenders.
Issues of Czech deaf people from the point of view of psychologist

This bachelor's thesis topic is issues of Czech deaf people from a psychologist's perspective. This work describes a community of deaf people as a linguistic and cultural minority, their rules and habits. In the next part of this work, I am focusing on options for psychological intervention with Czech deaf people and deaf people from foreign countries. At the end of the theoretical part, I am focusing on the educational systems of psychologists on issues of deaf people in the Czech Republic and foreign countries. Part of this work is research, in which the goal was to map the consciousness of Czech deaf people among psychology students and already active psychologists. The final discoveries I put in context to our psychologist educational system. Key words: deaf, communication of deaf, deaf culture, sign language, psychologist, psychology student.
