Analysis of the financial funds drawing to improve of the forestry infrastructure

In the program period 2007-2013 the area of forestry subsidies is divided into several operations. Operation of financing the forest roads is socially the most beneficial one and therefore I decided to perform analysis of subsidies money from EU funds so that in the next period the finances could be distributed in better and more efficiently way. The starting point of the research is analysis of documents and data provided by SZIF, ÚHUL and published on the internet PRV 07-13 under operation 1.1.2.3 Forest infrastructure. The result is a synthesis of data in numerical and graphical form about the size of investments per hectare PUPFL and m LDS in every NUTS 2 region for all rounds income subsidies.

Review of the management of forest property

The bachelor thesis deals with the review by the forest property. At first the audit is presented. The steps that are necessary to complete in the process of auditing are described. Another part is devoted to the sustainable management of forest management and related forest certification. The issues related to the system of due diligence and regulation EUTR are outlined here. Subsequently the financial analysis and it´s indicators are described. In the practical part, suggest of the auditing process and the range of information collected during the review of management on the forest property of 500 hectares are suggested there.

Analysis of the export of raw timber from the Russian Federation

Main topic of my diploma is analysis of wood export from Russian Federation, based on the statistic data of the last years. Theoretical chapter consists main information about woods and types of trees in Russia with the information about biggest countries-buyers following. Practical chapter consists export analysis and regulating laws and rules, controlling such an economic activity. The conclusion of my work presents my ideas how to manage new strategies on a wood and forest economy.

Use and Economics of fast-growing trees and their impact on the environment

This Bachelor thesis is focusing on the comparison of different fast growing species of trees (poplar, willow and paulownia). A theoretically calculated yield from one hectare of plantation during its lifecycle has been used for comparison. Lifecycle has been uniformly determined to 18 years. Presumed costs and yields of poplar and willow are very similar. Due to high presumed costs for establishing paulownia plantation, lower presumed profits compared to other fast growing tree species are expected. Economic profitability is mostly dependant on climatic conditions and state support. Under current economic conditions in Czech Republic, a paulownia plantation is less profitable than other compared plantations.

Improving the quality management system in woodworking enterprise with regard to market changes

The thesis is focused on developing a proposal to increase the quality of production and its processes in the chosen company from wood processing industry with regard to the requirements of the market and marketing. The author first introduces and explains basic concepts, such as methods for management support, marketing and quality. Following is the analysis of existing processes in Dřevotvar cooperative in all of its premises and using the audit of quality management system processes. Then the author is dealing with optimization of main processes at this company.
Based on the data obtained steps are being recommended as to the increase of quality of production and its processes.

This bachelor thesis is concerned with strategic management, formulation and implementation of business strategy. The theoretical part presents definitions of fundamental notions, principles and processes of the strategic management of a company. The practical part is based on the theoretical part and contains an analysis of the current situation of the Credit One, a.s. company. The analysis is based on long-term observation of the operation of the company, interviews with the company management and internal materials. On this analysis the realization of the goal of this thesis is built. The goal is to suggest an appropriate strategy for the company and the steps that would lead to its successful implementation.

The subject of this thesis is to describe the underlying principles of the legislative and institutional arrangements nature and landscape protection in the context of armed conflict, especially in the Middle East.
The main objective is to determine how the issue is perceived in the professional community, to obtain relevant information, if there are any measures that they are and what are the associated costs.
