Kousal, Marek ; Malášek, Jiří (referee) ; Pokorný, Přemysl (advisor)
This bachelor thesis deals with the design of a belt conveyor for recycled construction material with a conveying capacity of 43,000 kgh, an axial distance of 29 m, and a height difference of 5.8 m. The main area of interest is the construction and functional design of belt conveyors, whose main components include the supporting structure, conveyor belt, drive drum, drive station, roller table, and tensioning device. The thesis also examines various types of recycled construction material, including brick, concrete, asphalt, and mixed material. The work includes a functional calculation of the conveyor, which was carried out according to the standard ČSN ISO 5048. The final section focuses on the design solutions of the conveyor and a survey of manufacturers of similar equipment. The proposed belt conveyor meets all specified parameters with a calculated conveying capacity of 99,720 kgh. This work provides a comprehensive overview of the construction and function of belt conveyors for recycled construction material. The thesis includes drawing documentation, which contains an assembly drawing of the belt conveyor, welding of frame parts, and chute design.
