This bachelor´s thesis focuses on marketing mix of company OREN s.r.o. The aim of the thesis is to create my own suggestions to improve the marketing mix of the compeny. Basis on current marketing mix analysis, internal business environment analysis, Porter´s five forces analysis and SWOT analysis.
