International Marketing Strategy of the Selected Company Entering the Foreign Market

This diploma thesis focuses on designing an international marketing strategy for an e-commerce company that plans to enter the markets of the United States of America, Great Britain and Germany. The work analyzes the current marketing mix and the external environment of the selected company and, based on the information obtained, proposes marketing proposals for promotion and sales in the mentioned markets. The main goal is to create an effective marketing strategy that will enable successful entry into foreign markets for new business. In the final part, our own solutions are presented, which include the company's vision and mission, marketing mix design for individual markets, recommendations for social networks and financial costs for marketing activities. Critical success factors are also identified for achieving successful entry into foreign markets.
