The Opportunities for a School to Influence and Ensure the Proper Daily Liquid Consumption of School Children

These Master's Thesis deal with an issue of drinking regime and the possibilities of schools to influence this part of children's lifestyle. To be able to comprehend the connections between health and receiving of liquids, there is basic data about physiology of corporal liquids, recommendations of specialists referring to quantity and types of particular drinks. This work also focuses on the role of the school in the area of drinking regime. The results of the research, which investigated quantity and types of drinks that the scholars actually drink, their knowledge of this problem and the influence of the school and family, were used to for creating a project. The project is designet for older scholars of primary school and is created according to "The Framing Education Program". The aim of this project is to support drinking regime and to increase the scholars' knowledge of the healthy lifestyle.
