Selection and quality of exercises by fitness centers visitors

The main theme of this thesis is fading of selection and execution of exercises in fitness centers for men who don't work under supervisit of a personal trainer. The theoretical part is devoted to a brief history of fitness centers and fitness issues in general. Furthermore, there are specified exercise principles and theoretical assumptions of the selection of exercises focusing on the proper technique of a selected exercises with the description and visual representation of an example. There is also a section devoted to the principles and health risks that can bring fitness training. The research has already specifically identifies the manner and reasons for selection of exercises using a questionnaire and examines how to perform exercises through the observation and consultation.
