Anglická anotace A woman and spiritual leadership The aim of this thesis was to give the feminine element through the spiritual leadership in both roles: as a woman, being accompanied by - the object of the spiritual leadership, and the accompanying woman - the subject of the spiritual leadership. The work was based on her unique role in the history of salvation, on the specific characteristics of women, which may be used with the benefit in practicing the spiritual leadership but with the knowledge (awareness) of certain but overcoming difficulties All believers know that our lives ought to be directed to the ultimate goal - to meet the God in eternity. To follow this way as direct as possible in unification with Christ, in addition to our own forces, experiences and assessment of the situation, we may also use the possibility of spiritual leadership during doubt, trials and crises. I wanted to stress the importance of the care of the spiritual life of a woman in connection with her mission - as a mother, as a bearer of life. Key words: woman God way accompanying assistance help
