Comparison of match and training load of selected floorball women teams of the second and third highest league
NĚMCOVÁ, Petra
This thesis focuses on the comparison of match and training load of women in the second and the third highest floorball competition. From September to November 2019, diaries of training load and match load were kept in clubs Spartak Pelhřimov, SK Jihlava - Žďár nad Sázavou B and Rudý Dračice MLADÝCH NADĚJÍ. Based on these diaries, tables of individual load were created. Then the graphs were created, which show individual parts in percentage. The research has shown that at all three clubs, the training unit changes with regards to number of exercise days per week, as well as the number of exercise hours. The club of Spartak Pelhřimov trained 13 times in the watched period, which took altogether 1 255 minutes. The women from SK Jihlava had the longest training load during three months. The result total 5 410 minutes corresponds to 51 trainings. Rudý Dračice got in total 960 minutes in 13 trainings. The lowest match load was watched at club of Spartak Pelhřimov and it took 576 minutes. The match load at the two first league clubs was higher. Jihlava played in total 1 320 minutes and Týn 1 155 minutes. The main difference between the first and second league clubs is mainly the match load, which as significantly lower in the second league.
Comparison of selected functional and computer methods for testing the stability in female floorball players
Kramperová, Adéla ; Urbářová, Eliška (advisor) ; Čakrt, Ondřej (referee)
The bachelor thesis evaluates comparison of selected functional and computer methods for testing stability. It is focused on finding a correlation between tests and comparisons in terms of time and space demands, equipment requirements, difficulty of performance and overall usability in practice for female floorball players. The theoretical part describes the problematics of postural stability in floorball. In the first part there is a summary of professional terms related to the term of stability in physiotherapy. Furthermore, the specifics of floorball are described with a focus on the relation of injury and stability in this sport and there is also a summary of possibilities of testing static and dynamic stability, without the use of computer methods as well as with their use. Methodology: A total of 40 players of the highest floorball (women's or junior's) competition took part in the research. For comparison, results from 31 probands were used. The average age of the involved players was 22 years (± 2.4). The participants underwent a total of three tests of stability, two of them were measured on a force plate (mCTSIB - Modified clinical test of sensory interaction on balance, US - Unilateral stance test) and one was a functional test (SEBT - Star excursion balance test). Results: The work did...
Differences in the level of aspiration and stress resistence of women floorball players Tatran Střešovice

Title: Differences in the level of aspiration and stress resistance in female floorball players of Tatran Střešovice Objectives: The main aim of this research is to contribute to the search for a relation between the level of aspirations and performance in athletes. Furthermore, whether there is a difference in stress resistance in female floorball players of different ages. The general aim is to contribute to the current knowledge base in this area with new partial results based on the implementation of my own research investigation. Methods: The TATSO test was used for this research. The author of this version of the test is Janák, who modified the original test by Hošek from 1979 into its current form. The test measures the level of aspiration, resistance to stress and psychomotor tempo. The test is suitable for group investigations, but personal presence is required (it cannot be distributed electronically). It is a pencil-and-paper type of performance test. Results: I found that the older group of female floorball players had higher aspirations compared to the younger group, so the first hypothesis was confirmed. The second hypothesis, which states that the older group of female floorball players have higher load resistance, was not confirmed, as my research showed that both groups have the...
