Project of Wine Turism for Small Company

The master´s thesis is concerning about project proposal of wine tourism for small company. Specifically, it’s about analysis of current state and project proposal for firm ELWINE Velké Bílovice s.r.o. which focus on better propagation and higher sales of company products. This thesis uses mainly procedures and project management methods.
Bordeaux- region of wine

The main aims of the thesis are to describe production of wine and divide the wineyards to AOC and to find out why is Bordeaux so popular in producing high-quality wines. The prerequisite for successful achievement of the aims are the inspections at the Bordeaux's vineyards and search in the specialized literature. The first part of the thesis is devoted to the history of the wine region Bordeaux, and then there are the geographical locations of Bordeaux, climatic and soil advantageous conditions. The second part is dedicated to the production of wine, the varieties of grapevine and the final product- the wine. The third part is focused on the appellation and the grading system of wine, then the label. The next part of the thesis deals with the division of the vineyards to the AOC. The last part is focused on the degustation of wine and market of Bordeaux wine of quality. The personal contribution of the thesis is to get know the importance of wine tradition in French society and see the differences between French and Czech cultures.

Viniculture and wine-making from a legal viewpoint Abstract This thesis is primarily a theoretical treatise on the legal regulation of viticulture and wine-making in the Czech Republic. It aims to provide an overview of the current legal regulation of the most important institutes of both aforementioned fields, focusing on the Act No. 321/2004 Coll. on viniculture and winemaking, but also other laws and sources of law with regard to EU legislation. Emphasis is placed on the individual aspects of viticultural activity and the subsequent manufacturing of wine products and the conditions for their marketing. This thesis is divided into 8 chapters, including an introduction and a conclusion. The introductory chapters are focused on defining the position of the wine law in the legal system of the Czech Republic and clarifying the relations between the sources of law of viticulture and wine-making in the context of EU legislation. The main body of this thesis is included in chapters No. 3 and No. 4. These chapters are devoted to the current legislation in the field of viticulture and wine-making. The viticultural part of the work is focused mainly on the regulation of vine planting and some aspects which are closely related to viticultural activity, such as phytosanitary care and fertilization. Viniculture and wine-production from the legal point of view

This thesis aims to provide an insight into the legal rules governing viticulture and winemaking, and their historical development. Furthermore, the current legal and factual situation as well as the current issues associated with the legislation in these fields are more closely examined in the thesis. An anonymous questionnaire had been created and sent to a selected group of small and medium-size viniculturists and wine producers in the Slovacko wine subregion in order to supplement the research and its aim of presenting the current legislation from de lege ferenda point of view.
