Nagy, Jan ; Chocholatý, Drahomír (advisor) ; Kružík, Martin (referee)
This thesis deals with identification and analysis of causes of change requirements during web-based projects. The theoretical part of the thesis concentrates on an analysis of web-based project's specifics. In the following practical part of the thesis all of the identified causes of change requirements were aggregated together. Internet survey was performed with purpose to confirm identified causes in a literature and to enlarge the list of the caus-es. Every cause is described, analyzed and evaluated according to its criticality. Causal causes are determined by using convenient methods. In last chapter, a set of recommenda-tions for web developers (suppliers) are suggested based on the facts known from previous parts of the thesis. It is a list of best-practices for lowering a risk of change requirements occurrence and for minimalizing their impact on a project and also on social relationships between suppliers and customers. An existing literature generally considers change requirements just as one of many reasons of project's failure, however it does not focus satisfactorily on a research of their causes. Significance of the thesis is therefore based on its focusing on one specific area. The thesis provides a systematic summary of information, which serves for web project suppliers as an inspiration for an implementation intern process of specifying new project.
