The aim of this thesis is to evaluate profitability and effectiveness of social enter-prise in relation to the values of ratios of liquidity, activity and leverage. With the use of cost-volume-profit analysis, recommendations are formulated for improving the efficiency of economic activities of the company, including the proposal of possible funding.

Zhodnocení finanční situace vybraného podniku

The aim of the bachelor's thesis to valorize the economic situation of the enterprise Hradecká pekárna, s.r.o. by using selected methods financial analysis and then propose recommendations that would lead to the improvement of its financial health. Financial analysis is performed in the time span of 2008 - 2012. Selected parameters are evaluated by the application of financial analysis methods described in the theoretical part of the labor on the basis of the as-sessment of the financial situation of the company. The next section of the thesis is the comparison of the calculated values of selected parameters with the results of the competition in the industry. Finally, the proposed recommendations to improve the financial situation of the enterprise are evaluated.

The Bachelor’s thesis deals with the evaluation of the financial situation of the company ASD-ML, s.r.o. in the time period of 2009 - 2012. The aim of this study is to evaluate the current financial situation of the company and suggest the necessary steps to improve the situation. The first part will focus on theoretical knowledge, which will explain the basic terms and methods of financial analysis. The second part contains information about the selected company. At the conclusion there is reviewed the company’s general financial situation and recommended the procedures for the improvement of company’s financial situation.

This diploma thesis mainly focuses on the assessment/evaluation of external and internal surroundings/environment of a specific company between years 2012 and 2016. The first part of these defines theoretical constructs that are then applied in the practical part of the thesis. The external environment was analyzed using PESTLE analysis method and the Porter's Five Forces model. The financial analysis from 2012-2016 was used for the analysis of the internal surroundings. Based on the overall assessment/evaluation of the company surroundings/environment the author applies SWOT analysis and proposes several steps for the improvement.

This thesis includes financial situation analysis of the building company UNISTAV for the period 2008-2012. The analysis is based on data contained in the financial statements of the company. This thesis is divided into a theoretical part, where are analysed financial ratios, and a practical part, where these ratios are applied to the data of the company. Company state on the market for the period above is evaluated in the final statement at the end of this thesis.

The master’s thesis evaluates the financial situation of the RACOM, Ltd. company. There are used some selected methods of financial analysis during the period 2004-2008. Theoretical and methodological basis of financial analysis are outlined in the first part of thesis. Selected instruments are applied on this company in the next part. Results from the financial analysis and some suggestions which could lead to better economic performance of the RACOM, Ltd. company are in the final part of this thesis.
