Family house with a café

Bachelor thesis is a new family house with a café in Vrdy. Part of the two-storey family house is a basement, the one-storey cafe next. Both parts of the building have a flat roof. The underground floor has a technical room and cellar. On the first floor of the family house there is a vestibule with dressing room, corridors, toilet, bathroom, living room with kitchenette and dining room with access to the tercce, and garage. On the second floor there are bedrooms, three children's rooms, guest room, bathroom, toilet, cloakroom, study and pantry. From the corridor on the first floor above you can go to a café where the main compartment is divided into a service area and for the guests. There is also a base for staff, storage and hygienic facilities. An outdoor terrace is connected to the café. The café is designed as barrier-free. This project was elaborated in ArchiCAD 18.

The subject of this bachelor’s thesis is newly bulit family house with café in Ostrava. The building consists of two parts. Both parts are roofed by seddle roof, one of them with two dormer windows. First part of building is two story family house with terrace and basement where is situated the garage. At the first floor, there are toilet, larder, kitchen and living room. At the second floor, there are three bedrooms, one bathroom with toilet and a cloakroom. The café is accesible from family house by the door situated in the hallway in the first floor. Café consists of section for customers and section for service with acces to the stock. Toilets are situated in the rear section of café. Café has a terrace and is completely wheelchair accesible. This project was elaborated in ArchiCAD 18.
