The purpose of the thesis on topic Effect of date of defoliation on aromatic profile ´Sauvignon blanc´ wine was to find out the effect of removing leaves from grapes zone on qualitative and quantitative parameter of grapes of this species. The practical part of the experiment with defoliation in different terms was carried out during 2015 on a vineyard in Svatobořice-Mistřín. Part of the practical experiment was the production of wines from different variants and and evaluated the sensory properties of wine.

Vliv odlistění zóny hroznů na kvalitu hroznů odrůdy Sauvignon blanc

Subject of this thesis is the question of defoliation of a grape zone at the variety Sauvignon blanc. Studies are assembled at the literary part, which growing recommendations for achieving this agrotechnological process lead from. Part of the thesis tends to the methoxypyrazines as they make up an important part of an aromatic profile of the Sauvignon blanc variety. Practical part involves results of four variants, all with the same time of defoliation, but with different intensity. The variety Sauvignon blanc was chosen for this experiment. Each variant underwent basic analysis of quality parameters of juice. Furthermore, samples of wines were made from each experimental variant. These samples were analytically measured for methoxypyrazines and a sensory analysis was made.

The output of the practical part is the elaboration of the software design of the building project on a specific order, where the specific order and the processing procedure using the proposed software program is described.

The topic of the bachelor thesis is the management of the construction contract. The theoretical part explains the principle of project management and its sources. The output of the practical part is an analysis of a specific construction project, where is describing the way of managing the construction contract and creating measures in case of unexpected situations that arose during the construction. In addition, a time schedule is displayed, showing a difference from the original plan. Finally, were prepared two possible ways of a financial plan.

Specialized French-Czech dictionaries and terminology databases - History and current state.

The main aim of this diploma thesis is the research of French-Czech bilingual specialized dictionaries and glossaries, as well as French-Czech terminological databases. The theoretical part defines and then more closely presents linguistic concepts which are thematically connected to our diploma thesis. These include lexicography, terminology, termes and terminography. The main focus is put on termionography, especially on the creation of a bilingual specialized dictionary. The practical part firstly deals with the research of French-Czech bilingual specialized dictionaries and glossaries. This research is divided into two main parts. Titles published in the 21st century are described in the first part and titles published from the end of the 19th century to the end of the 20th century are described in the second part. Lastly, this part deals with the research of French-Czech terminological databases which are accessible to common users.
