Modernization of laboratory equipment and creation of a laboratory task
Medek, Dominik ; Arm, Jakub (referee) ; Baštán, Ondřej (advisor)
This thesis deals with the creation of a teaching equipment, that will allow students to experience working with a PLC and its peripherals, as well as connecting the laboratory tasks and the PPA course project. The thesis discusses the PPA course, its laboratory exercises and the project. It lays out the requirements for a new teaching equipment, that is then created. Its potential uses are then evaluated and two laboratory exercises are created for which a possible solution is developed. The work also includes the establishment of a laboratory standard that addresses the uniform connector wiring for all laboratory teaching equipment and PLC panels.
Application of Modern Technologies for a Design of Disc Coupling Production
Varhaníková, Alžbeta ; Varhaník, Matúš (referee) ; Sedlák, Josef (advisor)
The bachelor thesis deals with the design of disc coupling and its production by using 3D printing technology. Model of disc coupling and this thesis are supposed to serve as teaching equipment for students at Secondary vocational schools. The theory section contains the essay of shaft couplings with a detailed description of disc coupling, characteristic of individual methods of Rapid Prototyping technology and materials suitable for 3D printing. The experimental section is dedicated to the calculation and construction design of disc coupling and its production using the Fused Deposition Modeling method. The thesis also contains a description of post-production processing and assembly. The attachments of the thesis consist of assembly mechanical drawing and production mechanical drawing of drive disc.
