The supply of the BILLA store

The Bachelor thesis made at a theme The supply of the BILLA store puts an aim at a finding of a method to eliminate superfluous supplies in the chosen store. The superfluous supply and a subsequent ending of guarantees origins during of a purchase and a supplying yet by a wrong organization of storage items and by a bad attitude of employees to storage items in the chosen store. The aim of this thesis is an analysis of factors which cause the superfluous supply and the ending of guarantees, and then to suggest moves which would lead to exacter orders of supplies and more effective organization of supplies in a storehouse.

A military camp in the Hussite age

The aim of this thesis is to map everyday life in a military camp in the area of Bohemia during the period of Hussite wars, particularly in camps of an Utraquist as well as a Catholic army. It will concentrate mainly on various aspects of its everyday routine, such as supply, accommodation, camp fortification, a structure of command and camp management, but also on camp equipment. It will be founded on written and visual sources, as well as on normative and narrative (historiographical) records. The thesis will also introduce individual military orders. In more detail, it will be concerned with armour, clothing, and personal equipment of people dwelling in a military camp. Apart from this, it will focus on the issue of women and children (especially on their role and position) in a military camp. Furthermore, the thesis will differentiate between the form and the operation of a military camp led by a Catholic army from the form and the operation of a military camp led by an Utraquist army; and it will describe various types of these camps. Emergency airfreight transportation in automotive industry

The Master's thesis aims to introduce importance and specifics of emergency airfreight transportation. It focuses on the automotive industry as an industry affected by lean production trends and indicates high requirements on logistics systems. Breach of delivery conditions threatens the continuity of production and can cause heavy financial losses. The thesis analyzes air transport as a solution for such critical situations. From the perspective of a forwarding company specialized in emergency transportation, air transport options and process of organization are described. Research focuses on transport possibilities for a particular route, with emphasis on analysis and comparison of air accessibility and transportation expenses. The obtained knowledge leads to evaluation of effectiveness and the proposal of optimal solutions.
