Foreigners in the Czech Republic: history, trends and patterns Abstract This bachelor thesis focuses on foreigners legally residing in the Czech Republic from the demographic perspective. It is based primarily on data on foreigners that are available from public sources. It presents fundamental legal regulations that affect the residence of foreigners in Czechia, it also discusses the statistical registration of foreigners and the main sources of data about them. Attention is paid to the history of international migration in Czechia, to the development of the number of foreigners in Czechia, acquisition of Czech citizenship by foreigners and international protection in the Czech Republic. Space is also devoted to the demographic events and processes of foreigners, to their demographic patterns and the spatial distribution of foreigners in the Czech Republic. This thesis offers international comparisons of the number of foreigners with the member countries of the European Union. It also focuses on the Ukrainian refugee crisis that started in 2022. A new contribution of this thesis is analysis of mortality of foreigners and the structure of live births of foreigners in 2021 and 2022 including a comparison with the population of Czech citizens. It can serve as a basis for more more in-depth analysis in the...
Design of paddle shifts for formula student
Dugas, Martin ; Vrána, Radek (referee) ; Koutný, Daniel (advisor)
This bachelor thesis concerns design of paddle shifters for Formula Student. It deals in theoretical part with knowledge of today’s shifting mechanisms, additive manufacturing technologies and ways of weight optimization of parts. In design section, it covers with actual solutions of this problems, whereas the most important target was to minimalize mass and maximize stiffness of the whole mechanism.
Preparation of Training Data for the Design of Solid and Surface Structures
Bednár, Peter ; Koutecký, Tomáš (referee) ; Koutný, Daniel (advisor)
This bachelor´s thesis focuses on lattice structure parts and their utilization. It provides brief overview about research, benefits and disadvantages of both lattice structure parts and also additive manufacturing in general. Moreover, it describes basic principles of additive manufacturing and design of lattice structures with Netfabb software and their application to the various components.
Creating themes thin-film methods
Ondráček, Michal ; Šimonová, Lucie (referee) ; Šubarda, Jiří (advisor)
The master’s thesis deals with the theory of thin film technology, especially creating these layers. The work includes the distribution of vacuum deposition techniques for physical (PVD) and chemical (CVD). The main aim is to create a theme in different ways of implementation by using magnetron sputtering device, and these motives evaluated in terms of the quality of sputtering.
Study of optoelectrical properties of organic semiconductor thin film layers of phtalocyanines
Miklíková, Zdeňka ; Vala, Martin (referee) ; Zmeškal, Oldřich (advisor)
Diploma thesis is focused on the study of optoelectric properties of thin layers of organic materials based on phthalocyanines, which can be used as an active layer of photovoltaic cells. Especially are studied the properties of the thin active layers of PdPc and PdPc + IL on the glass or ceramic substrates with aluminium contact, which are prepared by material printing here. On the prepared samples were first measured current-voltage characteristics in the dark and in the light and then were measured impedance spectrums in the dark. The received results will be used to improve the properties and structures of photovoltaic cells.
Recyklace původních struktur jako součást konverze postindustriálních areálů
Fňukalová, Valentýna
The Diploma thesis deals with the issue of conversion of postindustrial areas and focuses on a original structure recycling. The focus area is the postindustrial site adjacent to Kolbenova street in Prague, Vysočany. The literary part of the thesis analyses literature and creates summary of the matter of abondaned postindustrial sites, their threads and pontentials. It aims to various way of preservations such as heritage preservation or preservation based on the identity of the space. Another topics is issue of recycling in context of enviromental pollution. Based on a literature survey there were proposed mothods which define diferent kinds of structures, which can be found on a location (inner preserved, inner changed, outer preserved). The analytical part focus on an area in scale of neighbourhood to a size of the area itself. Analysis and proposed methodes are basis for created design. Methods were prooved on a seven various approaches design. In the the result is a newly designed residential complex with readable traces of the industrial past.
