The object of this bachelor thesis is to elaborate a project documentation of a detached house with a design office. This is a two-storey brick building with a partial basement, which is in a flat terrain. The roofing over the second floor is designed from the single-shell roof. The building is designed in the system Porotherm. The process layout allows a comfortable living for a family with 4-6 members. The design office is for 6 workers

This thesis describes the design and solution of the object for the education of children of preschool age. It is a newly built kindergarten in the village Želetice, which consists of two classes, each for 20 children. The whole building is divided into several zones - children's departments, communication zone, administrative zone and economic zone.The building is designed as a single-storey brick building and plan corresponds to an L-shaped. Ceiling is made of prestressed panels Spiroll and the roofing is made as single-flat roof.

My Bachelor thesis deals with project of a family house, which is setted in a slopping terrain. My project corresponds to the scope of documentation for the execution of construction, which further determines dividing into single units. It says a lot about about two-floor brick house. Roof construction above second above ground floor is single-layer flat roof. This disposal solution allows comfortable living for 4 people.

The Bachelor thesis resolves design of a family house in Šumperk. This is a one-storey house on plot No. 907 registered in the cadastral area Horní Temenice. The house is set to a sloping terrain. Terrain features were taken into account when the architectural design was made. The building has a longitudinal shape with dimensions of 21.8 x 9.3 m. The building is built using the Velox system. The unusual features of the building are three different types of roofs. That is a shed roof with longitudinal girders glued, Single-Shell roof and vegetation roof, which is directly linked to the adjacent terrain.

The subject of this bachelor thesis is the design and construction of project documentation for a family house with an establishment, which is situated in the village Lesonice near Moravský Krumlov. The building is designed as a detached three-storey building, which has one underground, one overground and residential attic. The family house is designed for a four-member family. A part of the building is designed - a massage room. Access to the house and the establishment is designed from the northeast side. The living area is mostly oriented to the south and west. The establishment is located southeast of the residential area and has 2 parking spaces for customers. The building construction system is designed from the Porotherm system. The vertical masonry is made of ceramic blocks Porotherm 50 T Profi. The horizontal structures are made of reinforced concrete. The roof above the shop is designed as a flat single-walled non-walking roof and the roof above the living area is saddle.

There's an establishment of a service and sale of bicycles included in the house. The entrance and establishment of the house is oriented to the west. Arrival for the owner is situated to the south in the underground floor where the garage is located. The residential part of the house is both oriented to the south and west. The establishment is oriented to the north and has three parking spots for customers. The structural system of the building is based on the Porotherm system. Vertical constructions are from ceramic blocks of the Porotherm system and from lost formwork BEST (Underground floor). Horizontal constructions are designed by the Porotherm miako system. The roof of the establishment is designed as a single-shell non-walking and the roof above 2.NP is saddle.
