Laboratory machine-set with induction and DC machine
Hudák, Ondřej ; Feiler, Zdeněk (referee) ; Červinka, Dalibor (advisor)
The work addresses the design and implementation of a universal laboratory workstation designed to teach a course on electrical drives. Workplace will be formed sets consisting of DC motor with permanent magnet on a 400W power supply voltage of 24V and induction motor with 180W power on 3x24V. The engines are connected through a flexible shaft coupling. The asynchronous motor is located on the extended shaft resolver for scanning speed and rotor position. Both engines will be supplied from the transistor inverters. The workplace will be designed for maximum clearness and resistance to damage by improper handling.
Organizational forms of strength training and their impact on explosive power
Šírek, Filip ; Jebavý, Radim (advisor) ; Blažek, Dušan (referee)
Title: Organizational forms of strength training and their impact on explosive power. Thesis: Using statistical analysis to assess the immediate effect of different organizational forms of strength training on explosive power. Methods: Selected probands underwent three resistance training sessions with different organizational forms. Before and after the strength training sessions, all participants underwent trap bar jump testing. The output from the test was maximum and mean velocity. Based on the data obtained, statistical analysis was performed using R studio software. Results: According to the statistical analysis, the most significant influence on the explosive power is the following trisets. This was followed by supersets, and the smallest difference in explosive power before and after training was observed with traditional sets The highest decrease in mean velocity was observed after completing resistance training with trisets. In the case of maximal velocity, the highest decrease was for supersets, but the trisets lagged behind by only 0.1 %. The smallest effect in both cases was for the traditional sets. Keywords: Resistance training, sets, mean and maximal velocity
Elementary mathematics of imaging methods for radiology assistants
JELÍNKOVÁ, Barbora
The topic of the bachelor's thesis responded to the finding that there is currently no suitable educational text containing mathematical foundations for the education of radiological assistants and other related fields. The bachelor thesis contains selected areas of mathematics that are necessary to know to understand the physical foundations of imaging methods. The formulation of these areas is appropriate to the needs of future graduates of these fields of study. The goals of the bachelor thesis were the following: G1 Creation of an educational text and examples containing elementary mathematics that are essential to fully understand physical principles of imaging methods. G2 Compilation of a test that will be used to verify the knowledge of mathematics of radiological assistance field students and its graduates, followed by a statistical expression of knowledge level. Based on the goals, the following hypotheses were made: H1 By application of a curricular process a structure of elementary mathematics of imaging methods for radiological assistants can be described. H2a By comparing mathematical structures with components of a radiological assistant´s profile, individual structural levels of elementary mathematics for radiological assistants can be described. H2b According to needs and abilities of radiological assistants, examples of functions, differentiation, integration, and vectors can be chosen. H3 Knowledge of respondents in radiology mathematics will be distributed close to a normal distribution. With regard to the curricular process, a teaching text was compiled together with example illustrations. This step led to the fulfillment of goal G1. Then, a single-choice test of 20 questions was compiled to determine the level of mathematics knowledge across the field of radiological assistance. This step led to the achievement of goal G2. This test was subsequently extended using an online form among radiological assistants and students in this field. Given the above objectives, hypotheses H1, H2a and H2b could be confirmed. The test results were statistically expressed in the practical part of the bachelor thesis. It was confirmed that the empirical distribution of test responses is close to the normal distribution. Hypothesis H3 was also confirmed by this step. The benefits of the bachelor's thesis can be seen in the practical level (construction of an educational text verified by a test survey) and in the theoretical level (verification of the application of the theory of the curricular process).
Investing in LEGO sets
Voborský, Michal ; Brada, Jaroslav (advisor) ; Kováč, Michal (referee)
This Bachelor thesis indetifies LEGO sets as an opportunity for investment and determines sets as alternative assets. The thesis is divided into five chapters. First defines alternative assets and investing in them. Second describes the history of the LEGO Company and their products. Third one describes ways of investing in LEGO sets and defines markets, where LEGO is traded. Fourth part describes factors which influence the value of LEGO sets. Last, fifth, part analyses return on investment and compound annual growth rate.

Venn diagrams
TOMANOVÁ, Denisa
The aim of the bachelor thesis is to create a list of mathematical problems dealing with the representation of sets in Venns diagrams. The overview serves as an inspiration for teachers and includes the main types of examples to practice. The examples are designed and intended for use in primary schools. The first part of the thesis is theoretical. This section is focused on the description set and subsequent display sets to Venns diagrams. The second part of the thesis deals with Venns diagrams in practice. There are solid examples given in five sub-sections. These examples show the use of Venns diagrams in roles of various types.
