This bachelor's thesis deals with project documentation for the construction of an apartment building in Olomouc, known as VILA PARK OLOMOUC. The designed apartment building has three floors, a basement with seven residential units and underground public parking. The vertical load-bearing structures are designed as reinforced concrete or Porotherm ceramic blocks. Non-load-bearing vertical structures as well as Porotherm ceramic blocks. The perimeter masonry is contact insulated. Horizontal structures are formed by monolithic reinforced concrete slabs. The roof of the building consists of a flat roof. The underground structure is formed as a white tank. Each apartment is well lit by large plastic windows. Each apartment has a terrace or loggia, which is lined with wood and creates a unique look of the apartment building. The building is designed with regard to the current and future surrounding buildings. Part of the bachelor's thesis is also a basic assessment in terms of building physics and fire safety solutions.
