Casting production - Full mould technology
Lekeš, Petr ; Bořil, Petr (referee) ; Pernica, Vítězslav (advisor)
The aim of this thesis is to elaborate a complete study on the topic of production of castings by a evaporation pattern and the apply my knowledge I gained from completing this thesis and make my own cast. Based on the assigment the thesis is devided into two parts, where the first part is focused on the problems of production by this technology, from creating the evaporable pattern, through modern technologies used for this method of casting, to possible defects in the cast, which are connected with this method. In the second part is described the process of making the experimental cast. The result of this work was the familiarization with this unconventional method of casting and the evaluation of its application in today’s foundry industry, as a full-value alternative for common casting technologies.
Solution technology of production "Stator elektromotoru"-part in condition firm PBS Velká Bíteš.
Komínek, Jiří ; Prokop, Jaroslav (referee) ; Kalivoda, Milan (advisor)
I introduced, in my work, new way of parts processing of “stator elektromotoru“ in the První brněnská strojírna Velká Bíteš a. s. company, we can replace prezent technology with this new way of processing. I used, in my work, technological practises using in the abovementioned company.
Implementation of investment casting technology in the company ZPS Slévárna, a.s.
Slovák, Vojtěch ; Pacola, David (referee) ; Horáček, Milan (advisor)
The aim of this thesis is to evaluate the possibility of introducing Full Mold technology in specific conditions of production in foundry environment. The emphasis is placed on the least possible intervention with to established manufacturing process. The work also aims, through the comparison of the specific test castings, to map the weaknesses of this technology in the company and create possible optimization or complete removal of this weaknesses.
