Apartement building in Havlíčkův Brod

This bachelor‘s thesis deals with a project of an apartement building and terraced garages in Havlíčkův Brod Rozkošská street on plots no. 659/39 and 659/1 that are slightly sloping. The apartement building is partial basement, it has three above-ground floors and one basement. The external wall of the above-ground part of the project is made of Porotherm clay blocks complemented with thermal insulation system according to ETICS. The external wall of the basement is designed as cast-in-place reinforced concrete wall which is provided with thermal insulation. Horizontal load-bearing structures are designed as cast-in-place reinforced slabs. The building is roofed with a warm flat roof. There are 11 flats with a different layout design suggest. The terraced garages will consist 11 garages for personal cars and one garage for motorbikes. The external walls are made of Porotherm clay blocks. The roof is designed as a warm flat roof.
Low energy detached house

This bachelor´s thesis focuses on the development of documentaion of a low energy detached house in Frýdek-Místek. The project as well as the addenda are elaborated with regard to contemporary legislature and standards. The house is located on plot number 528/46 in Místek area. The house has two floors with a partial basement. Dimensions of the house are 10,65x9,4m. The roof of the building is designed flat roof. The house is performed from the systém Porotherm and Tritreg. The basis construction are of plain concrete C16/20 and the base concrete slab is reinforced by Kari 100/100/6. The enclosed essay deals with the topic of floor.
Family House with Aerobics and Fitness Studio

The subject of this bachelor's thesis was to elaborate project documentation for a new family house with the Aerobics and Fitness Studio establishment. The building is divided into two functionally separate parts, a family house for a family of four and the Aerobics and Fitness Studio facility. The building has two floors above ground and one underground and it has partial basement. The building is located in the village, where the construction of houses and infrastructure is planned to be. The skeleton of the building consists of a combined structural system of vertical walls made of ceramic blocks and the connection of a reinforced concrete ceiling structure, where it was necessary to design reinforced concrete columns with gutters as a supporting structure for large overlaps. The roof of the building consists of a flat roof what is designed as a vegetation roof. The family house also includes a garage, which is located on the first underground floor with a capacity of three parking spaces. The emphasized attention was paid to technical requirements, functionality, purposefulness, and housing demands during the processing of project documentation. Part of the project was the assessment of fire safety of the building, thermal technical assessment, building design solution, architectural-building solution, evaluation in terms of building physics.
