Tourism and recreation in northern part of Písek region

The main aim of the thesis was to assess the current situation of tourism in the northern part of the Písek region. Intermediate aims is to assess the structure of conditions for the tourism development in the selected area, assessment of the current structure of the study area visitors and to propose the project of the tourism development in the region. The intention is to propose a project of tourism development so it will enrich the current tourism product and make more attractive the defined area.

Cílem bakalářské práce je provést situační analýzu na Písecku, navrhnout inovaci produktového portfolia a připravit produktový balíček. Práce by měla poukázat na předpoklady rozvoje cestovního ruchu na Písecku, a tak více v rovině aplikační motivovat návštěvníky do zkoumaného regionu.

Analysis of the presumptions of Chile for tourism development

The aim of this work is an analysis of the presumptions of Chile for the development of tourism. The intention is to set off Chile from the general characteristic of a country of "Latin America" and present this exotic destination to a Czech tourist. Other task is to map the range of Czech travel agencies tour offers to this country and see whether they are able to cover the potential of the area of Chile. The thesis also includes a SWOT analysis of Chile as a tourist destination. Finally, the intention is to prove that Chile is a safe and attractive tourist destination with a good potential and excellent conditions for tourism development. The thesis is divided into four parts. The aim of the first chapter is the definition of theoretical terms. The second chapter analyses the presumptions of Chile for the development of tourism. Examines the selective, localization and realization presumptions for the development of tourism in this territory. The third part describes the current situation of tourism in Chile. The last part of the thesis deals with the analysis of local agencies and thier offer of tours to Chile.

Analýza předpokladů rozvoje CR na Madeiře

Bakalářská práce se v první části zabývá teoretickým vymezením předpokladů rozvoje cestovního ruchu, v druhé části pak konkrétně zkoumá předpoklady rozvoje cestovního ruchu na Madeiře, a to předpoklady selektivní, lokalizační a realizační. Z charakteristiky těchto předpokladů vychází třetí část bakalářské práce, kterou je SWOT analýza Madeiry. V závěru bakalářské práce jsou předpoklady rozvoje cestovního ruchu zvolené destinace Madeira posouzeny jako velmi dobré.
