Musical-pedagogical work of Emil Hradecký and its application in pre-school education

The diploma thesis deals with musical-pedagogical work of Emil Hradecký. The theoretical part is focused on the personality and music creation of Emil Hradecký and briefly characterizes the piano composition. Furthermore, the work focuses on the issues of musical development of a preschool child, describes musical activities and explains the musical-educational process from the Framework Educational Programme for Preschool Education, MŠMT ČR. The practical part is based on a questionnaire survey of kindergarten teachers, whose main aim is to find out the teachers' use of the music-pedagogical work of Emil Hradecký in their pedagogical work. The partial goals map the subjective attitudes of kindergarten teachers to the inclusion of musical activities in practice and find out which specific music materials from E. Hradecky these teachers know and how they prefer to work with them. The next aim of the thesis is to design the model situations in which the piano miniatures of Emil Hradecký are used in kindergarten in musical and other aesthetic-educational activities. Comparison of chosen indicators at players of elite performance

Title: Comparison of selected variables of the game performance in football. Work objectives: The main objectives of this dissertation is primarily a mutual comparison of two consecutive years of UEFA Champions League 2007/ 2008 and 2008/ 2009, where the greatest effort is to identify new and effective trends in training and scoring offensive action from the "open play", due to the ever improving defense systems and outline new methodological and didactic practices in the training process, which could help the current needs of modern football. Methods: Research is carried out by indirect observation using a video records with all the scored goals that were scored in the Champions League in 2008 / 2009. After an accurate record of all the goals, all goals are evaluated and compared with the previous year. All goals are analyzed from two perspectives, in terms of quantity and quality. The former analysis follows the form of attacks, shooting technique, shooting method, the most common areas of shooting or shooting success due to the game time. Based on these quantitative data are then created interesting graphical illustrations. The aim of this Bachelor`s Thesis is to design the competency model of the method Assessment Centre in the company in the FMCG sector. The questionnaire of Sales Representatives and Area Sales Managers is used for screening of their competence. The second aim of this thesis is to design a few model situations, which show behaviour, skills, knowledge, experience and other compentence of Sales Representatives. The theoretical part is included in the first and the second chapter of the Bachelor`s Thesis. It describes the method of Assessment Centre and its efficient use. There are chapters which introduce the FMCG company, the analysis of position, the process of designing competency model and three model situations - role plays.
Identification of Soft Skills in Development Centre for Needs of Talent Management

The thesis analyses different methods of the soft skill identification. The focus of the work is a development center, with emphasis on talent selection and subsequent use of outputs for individual development plan for each participant. Various aspects and pitfalls of staff - selection and development described in the theoretical part are applied within development program of an analysed company. The practical part describes development center from a procedural point of view as well as in terms of different behavior of participants linked to their competences. Outcome of this work is description and quantification of progress of the soft skills essential for the profile of junior managers.
