This bachelor thesis focuses on a economic situation of the company TAJMAC-ZPS, a.s. in years 2018-2022. The teoretic part focuses on a theory of a economic and financial analysis, the part of this chapter describes the company and its two competitors. The practical part deals with a assesment of economic and financial situation of the company. The last part deals with the proposals to improve the financial situation of the company.

This bachelor thesis deals with evaluation of the financial situation of Agros Vyškov - Dědice a.s. The available information and materials of the business, from the years 2012-2016, are shown by using individual indicator methods. The sources of my data are based on the attached financial statements. I also evaluate the overall financial situation of the company. I suggest improvements that could enrich the current situation. And due to the thesis, there could be a positive benefit for this joint-stock company.

Bankruptcy Prediction Modelling in Construction Business

The diploma thesis is aimed at creating a bankruptcy model for companies of the construction industry in the Czech Republic by using discriminant analysis. In the theoretical part, the concept of bankruptcy model is defined; this part is focused on the inclusion of bankruptcy models in economics, a look into their history, a description of selected models and a brief characteristic of the construction industry. In the practical part, the reliability of selected bankruptcy models is counted and a new bankruptcy model is built.

This bachelor thesis is aimed on evaluation of effectiveness of selected bankruptcy models in the Czech Republic environment. In the theoretical part are introduced analyzed models and methods used to model analysis. Here is explained the concept of bankruptcy, its origin and history, the definition of financial analysis and its methods. This section also describes a description of selected bankruptcy models and their limited reporting ability. In the practical part, the reliability of selected models is first evaluated and subsequently changes are proposed to improve reliability

The aim of this diploma thesis is to evaluate the meaning of reported data for users. The evaluation is based on the analysis of the accounting data of P Z P MERLIN s.r.o. The diploma thesis is divided into the theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part is elaborated according to specialized literary publications and sources, which are focused on controlling, reporting, reporting users, information sources for reporting, classification and processing of reports, key performance indicators, models of economic evaluation of the company. In the practical part, the characteristics of the company P Z P MERLIN s.r.o. is described. Then, the analysis of the company's financial situation for the period from 2013 to 2017 follows. using key performance indicators and models of economic assessment. In the practical part, the analysis of the company's current reporting system is performed and evaluated on the basis of the internal audit procedures. At the end of the practical part, there is a recommendation and a proposal how to structure the company's data so that their users can perceive them in all contexts and parameters that are important for their decision making.

The position of Travel Service, Ltd. on the Czech aviation market

This thesis analyses the position of Travel Service, Ltd. on the Czech aviation market. Furthermore, it also tries to point out the main aspects which were important for the successful development of Travel Service and tries to forecast the future development of this company. The theoretical part contains the history, evolution and position of aviation. It also includes current trends in aviation and the position of aviation in tourism. International organizations and conventions in civil aviation, the deregulation process of air transportation are discussed in this part as well. The analytical part describes the company Travel Service, Ltd., its origin and important events in the history of the company. In this part are analysed economic data, business strategy and internal statistics. There are described the main competitors in the Czech Republic and also in Europe and they are compared with Travel Service. The plans of the company for the future and its next expected evolution are also mentioned here.

Ability of creditworthy and bankruptcy models to predict problems in the enterprise

This thesis deals with analysis of creditworthy and bankruptcy models. The aim is to analyze how are individual creditworthy and bankruptcy models able to predict problems in the company. Creditworthy and bankruptcy models are applied to 25 companies, which were facing problems during their life. These are mainly limited liability companies, but also there are joint-stock companies. A total of five sectors is analyzed. Manufacturing industry, construction, wholesale and retail trade, transportation and warehousing and professional, scientific and technical activities. Five creditworthy and bankruptcy models are analyzed: Altman model, model IN05, Taffler model, Springate analysis and balance analysis system according to Rudolf Doucha, which is used in two variants.
