Stimulating social relationships among preschool children through drama education

In my bachelor's thesis I will focus on the topic of social relations between preschool children in the context of drama education. Specifically, I will be examining the peer circle for the play of a few selected children. I am interested in whether the inclusion of a few drama lessons with social themes in preschool, will have an impact on the children and their peer circle. Whether the circle will expand, children will interact more with each other or whether the foundations for friendships will be established through drama education. The theoretical part focuses on the psychological development of the preschool child, specifically in the area of early relationships, both peer relationships for play and the establishment of first friendships. Furthermore, this part focuses on an introduction to drama education and introduces some of its techniques and methods. In the practical part, five drama lessons with social themes are introduced, implemented and reflected upon in a kindergarten class. Before the lessons, a research method of interview is used, where the respondents are children who are asked about their relationships with other children. The work deals with small and pre {--} school children foreign languages in frome of dramatic education. The theoretical part of this work deals with the freetime, also freetime activities and pedagogue personality. Next items are the most known teaching alternative methods including the particular analysis of Waldorf education. The practical part of this work contains a description of teaching foreign languages at the Basic school eventually at the Moternity center. There is the English teached as a kind of a game, it means the dramatical and playful way of teaching foreign languages. This work also contains some examples of this games.
