The purpose of this bachelor thesis is to create a proposal of marketing strategy for company Reborn Food s.r.o., that engages in production and selling of a kombucha drink. This strategy is supposed to raise public awareness of the com-pany’s brand and to attract new customers. The thesis is divided into literary re-search and practical work. Within the literary research there are explained the key concepts and tools that are necessary to create the marketing strategy. In practical work these tools are used to create the particular proposal of the marketing strategy.

The diploma thesis’s aim is to analyze the current situation of our chosen company, Hotel Royal Ricc. First, we consider the problem theoretically with the help of available documentation. Subsequently, an analysis of the internal and external environment of the company is created; the current strategy of the company is evaluated, and then we compare our company with the nearest competition using specific, selected indicators. For a closer examination of the external environment, the analysis is supplemented by quantitative research, where we also focus on issues related to trends in the hotel industry. Subsequently, we compare the results with publicly available research. At the end of the analysis, proposals are made that should help the company gain a better position in the market and also gain new customers.

The diploma thesis deals with the elaboration of a business plan for the establishment of a new production company in the field of refrigeration. The main activity of the company is the production of large-volume cooling boxes. The thesis begins with an overview of expertise literature and scientific articles related to the relevant topics. Subsequently, a specific business plan with all the recommended essentials is prepared. The business plan includes analysis of the external environment of the company, compilation of a marketing plan and risk assessment. Furthermore, the work deals with the elaboration of a three-year financial plan in a pessimistic, realistic and optimistic variant. Subsequently, the financial plan was subjected to a financial analysis and an estimate of economic value added was performed.

This diploma thesis deals with marketing and its subsequent use for the benefit of the company. The thesis aims to propose a marketing and communication strategy for a selected winery that will positively influence the further development of the company. At the beginning of the thesis, the basic terminology concerning strategy, strategic planning, and management are formulated and followed by the description of marketing problematics. Furthermore, the process of creating a marketing strategy, its implementation, and its control are defined. The conclusion of the literature research is devoted to the marketing specifics in the wine sector. The practical part of the thesis begins with the characteristics of the company and subsequent external and internal analyzes. Based on selected tools, a marketing and communication strategy containing specific proposals and recommendations is proposed. The diploma thesis is concluded by processing a graphic model of the strategy and discussion.

The bachelor's thesis deals with the proposal of an online marketing strategy for the Fügner Café. The work is divided into theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part defines the basic concepts of marketing, internet marketing, all important concepts needed to study the issue. The practical part is devoted to the analysis of the current state of society, the analysis of competition. Based on these analyses, a SWOT table and then a SWOT matrix are compiled. This section con-tains a website design, suggestions and recommendations for the following promotion. These include SEO optimization of the website, PPC advertising, promotion on social networks and a campaign on Google Ads. At the end of the practical part is a financial evaluation of all marketing activities needed to implement a marketing strategy.

This bachelor’s thesis is focused on restaurant Stará prádelna, located near the Veveří castle in Brno. The first part defines all the necessary concepts in order to understand the issue. Furthermore, in the second part the company itself is characterized and several analyses of the internal and external environment are performed, such as PEST analysis, SWOT analysis, marketing mix and also a comparison to competition. The thesis also contains a questionnaire survey among existing and potential customers. Based on these analyses a marketing strategy is proposed.

The bachelor's thesis follows up with the proposal of a marketing strategy for a company keeping a chain of sleep showrooms and dealing primarily with the sale of mattresses and beds. The literature search covers issues related to the marketing strategy and its individual parts. In the following part, the key point is the situation analysis, but also the external and internal environment surround-ings in the SWOT analysis. Components of the company's current marketing and communication mix were also revised. In the end, the attention is paid mainly to the evaluation of the economic efficiency of the proposed solutions within the marketing strategy.

LUČANOVÁ, B. Proposal of communication strategy selected gastronomic company. Bachelor thesis. Brno: Mendel University in Brno, 2020. This bachelor thesis deals with proposal of a marketing strategy for a specific business in the hospitality industry. The aim of this work is based on a quantitative questionnaire survey, conducted through Google forms, supported by a detailed interview, to create a suitable marketing strategy for the company, taking into consideration financial side of the company and it´s effectivity. The thesis also contains analysis of internal conditions of the company based on an interview with the future business owner and external environment using Porter´s model of 5 forces. Based on the above analysis weak and strong points of the future business were identified, as well as potential opportunities and threats and the SWOT matrix was compiled. Conclusion of this thesis contains a schedule of proposed marketing tools and budget. Following the business and marketing strategy suggested by this theses should place this future business in a good position and become a popular res-taurant frequented by locals and tourists visiting Brno.
