The impact of the arrival of displaced Germans for the economic development of the Federal Republic of Germany.

The objective of this work is to analyze the influence of the arrival of expelled Germans on postwar reconstruction of West Germany in connection with their labor market integration. The precondition how to become an active participant on the economy recovery is a stable job. The conclusion of this work is, that expelled Germans were from the beginning an active part of postwar economic reconstruction of Germany, despite of the fact, that there were some structural problems in the economy like a black market, lack of accommodation facilities in the cities or unequable dislocation of these people in the occupied zones. These problems were removed by the currency and economy reforms. After the reforms came in sight, that expelled Germans represented a positive part of the economic reconstruction in form of free, qualified and cheap labour force, which could be purposefully use. This evaluation is based on critical interpretation of the facts received from the literature, scholarly articles and Internet sources.

This bachelor{\crq}s thesis is focusing on analysis of possibilities of Czech citizens who want to get a job in Austria. The thesis is divided into theoretical and practical parts. The theoretical part analyses the contemporary health care system, social security system, tax system and the job market in Austria. Further on the thesis deals with conditions which have to be met when applying for a job in Austria. The practical part is devoted to job seeking process in Austria for two people in cooperation with many job agencies and Austrian AMS. Communication with the foreign agencies has been done by electronic mail. The thesis analyses the entire procedure of job seeking and its results. Approach of Austrian agencies to foreign applicants is evaluated as well. In conclusion the thesis provides comparison of theoretical part with personal experience gained in the process of job seeking and findings implying the comparisons.

In June survey CVVM investigated opinions of Czech citizens related to the level and the future trend in unemployment in the Czech Republic as well as to the situation on labour-market in the place of their living. 11% of respondents declared that the unemployment is too high, which is significantly less than in 2017 (16%), in 2016 (30%), in 2015 (49%), in 2014 (67%), or in 2013 (71%), and it is even much less in comparison to the situation before economical crisis (2008: 36%).

Diploma thesis is about problems related to employment of disabled people. The aim of a thesis is complex analysis of labour market and possibilities that have people with disabilities when looking for a job. This thesis provides summary of employers rights and obligations, which are linked with employment of people with disabilities. It enumerates barriers to employ these people and it describes special working conditions that exist for people with disabilities. This thesis also contains complex analysis of the legislation and labour market with the focus on Náchod region.
Job Satisfaction and Job Change - June 2014

June's survey of CVVM asked questions regarding the relationship of workers to their jobs. On the one hand, the survey focused on the topics such as job satisfaction, perception of workplace climate and subjective evaluation of adequacy of earnings. On the other hand, the aim was also to determine, what is the proportion of workers considering the possibility of changing their job and what they think about the probability of job loss.
