The subject of this bachelor thesis is to develop project documentation for the construction of a new apartment building with nearly zero energy consumption. The new building is proposed in the Ponava locality, near the center of Brno. The proposed residential building has four above-ground floors and is fully basemented. The design includes three different layouts of residential units to ensure variability and functionality for different groups of residents. The building is equipped with an elevator. The basement contains a communal garage with sixteen parking spaces and storage rooms (cellars), which are integrated with the parking spaces. Each residential unit has an allocated parking space and a storage room. In total, the residential section comprises twenty-one residential units, most of which have a terrace, loggia, or balcony. The residential building is founded on a base slab. The structural system of the building combines monolithic reinforced concrete elements. The basement consists of reinforced concrete load-bearing walls, internal columns, and reinforced concrete internal walls in the stairwell area. On the above-ground floors, within the perimeter wall of the stairwell recess, a reinforced concrete wall with continuous openings is designed. The remaining parts of the above-ground floors are composed of a skeleton structural system with reinforced concrete two-way beams and infill masonry. The ceiling structure consists of monolithic reinforced concrete slabs. The building is roofed with a single-layer flat roof with a membrane waterproofing. The facade of the building is designed with a ventilated air gap. The cladding consists of brick cladding panels mounted on an aluminium support frame.

The task of the bachelor thesis was to solve the project documentation for an apartment building designed in the village of Medlov. The land intended for construction is flat, rectangular in shape with no existing construction. The apartment building consists of two above-ground floors, a partially underground basement and a single-skin flat roof. We can find four residential units here. Two on the ground floor, which include smaller gardens separated by a fence, and two on the first floor, which have spacious loggias. The apartment building is based on perimeter strips. The perimeter walls in the above-ground part are made of ceramic blocks supplemented with stone wool thermal insulation, and the perimeter walls that are in contact with the ground are made of lost formwork and insulation suitable for this environment. The horizontal load-bearing structures are made of prestressed ceiling panels, and in the stairwell, they are made of reinforced concrete. The apartment building is covered with a single-layer flat roof. The apartment building's doors are designed as aluminum and window openings made of plastic and insulating triple glass.

The subject of this bachelor thesis is the elaboration of project documentation in the stage of construction implementation. The proposed apartment building is located in Brno, in the urban area of Bystrc, district Brno-city and is located on a plot with sloping terrain. The residential building is designed as a detached five-storey building with a flat roof. The individual floors are divided as follows, one underground floor serving as a collective garage with a total of 15 parking spaces including one for disabled persons, there is also a technical background of the apartment building, in the form of a technical room and an air-conditioning room. Furthermore, the building consists of four floors, the first contains 4 separate commercial premises with its own sanitary facilities, the other each floor contains 4 residential units including one apartment adapted for wheelchair users. A total of 12 residential units of different layouts are proposed in the apartment building. The individual floors are connected by a monolithic staircase and a rope elevator without a machine room. The structure of the building is designed as a wall structure, combining monolithic walls in the underground floor and ceramic masonry in the above-ground floors. A contact insulation system ETICS is designed. The ceilings are monolithic reinforced concrete. The roof is designed as a flat single-skin roof with ballasted aggregate. The building is based on a foundation slab.

The subject of the bachelor's thesis was the preparation of project documentation at the construction stage for the new construction of an apartment building. The apartment building is located in Telč and is located on flat terrain. It is designed as a free-standing structure with three above-ground and one underground floors. There are a total of 12 apartment units of various sizes on the above-ground floors, 4 on each floor. The underground floor contains the building's technical facilities, a cellar cubicle, a storage room, a cleaning room, a bike room and a private gym intended only for residents of the building. The individual floors are connected by a three-arm staircase and an elevator. The building is based on foundations and the roof is covered with a flat vegetated roof. The perimeter structures of the underground floor are designed from concrete hollow blocks, and in the above-ground floors from ceramic fittings. The vertical structure of the elevator shaft is designed as a reinforced concrete wall, the other vertical internal walls are designed from ceramic fittings. The ceiling structure is designed as ceramic concrete from beams and inserts. The perimeter masonry is insulated with a contact insulation system.

The subject of the bachelor's thesis is the preparation of project documentation for the construction of an apartment building. The building is located on plot no. 5184/6 in the cadastral territory of Vracov. It is a detached house with four above-ground stories and one underground story. The floor plan of the apartment building is rectangular. Operationally, the building is divided into 7 residential units with layouts of 1+kk, 2+kk, and 3+1. Collective garages, storage cubicles, and technical facilities are located on the underground floor. The house is built on strip foundations made of plain concrete. The load-bearing structure is designed as a wall system made of ceramic building blocks. The load-bearing structure in the underground is supplemented with peripheral monolithic reinforced concrete walls, supporting beams, and a column. The horizontal load-bearing structures consist of monolithic reinforced concrete slabs. The roof structure is designed as a single-layer flat roof. The house is sheathed with insulation boards made of mineral cotton wool.

The bachelor thesis on the topic Residential house elaborates the project documentation for a new building of a residentail house with a business premises. The residential building is designed as a fully basement with one underground and three above-ground floors. In the underground floor there is a technical room and a cellar. On the first floor there is an office, an apartment for a person with limited mobility and orientation and a residentail unit. On the second and third floors are a total of 6 residential units. The building is designed as brickwork made of ceramic cut blocks, only the basement is made of hollow blocks filled with prescribed concrete and reinforcement. The foundation structures are designed as concrete strips. The staircase and ceiling structure is made of monolithic reinforced concrete. The bachelor’s thesis entitled Bytový dům Zborovská deals with the processing of the project documentation of an apartment building with almost zero energy consumption at the level of documentation for the execution of the construction. The object is located in the outskirts of the city Kroměříž, in the given area there is another development of apartment and family houses. The building is designed as a brick building with four above-ground floors and one monolithic underground floor, in which there are spaces for collective garages and the building’s technical facilities. 18 residential units with different layouts are designed in the apartment building. The floors are separated from each other by a reinforced concrete monolithic ceiling, which is designes as a cross-reinforced slab. The building is covered with a flat single-layer roof with coating insulation.

The bachelor thesis deals with the technological stage of the roofing of the sports centre extension in the village of Slopné. It is the construction of a multi-purpose building, which extends the capacity of the existing community centre. The extension consists of ground floor parts and a main hall/gymnasium with multifunctional use. The content of the work includes a technical report for the roofing, a solution for the transport of materials, a technological regulation for the assembly work of the roofing of the hall, an itemized budget for the roofing and a timetable for the specified technological stage, an inspection and testing plan and a solution for occupational safety in the process.

The subject of this bachelor's thesis is the design and elaboration of project documentation for the new construction of the Rezidence apartment building. The proposed building is located in Brno, in the Slatina district, and is located on land that is protected by an agricultural land fund, so it will be necessary to remove it from the ZPF. This plot is not located in a flooded or mined area. It is a detached building, which has four floors above ground and one underground floor. In the new building there are 12 residential units of 3 + kk and 1 + kk. In the basement there is a cellar for each apartment. In the first half there is a bike shed / carriage house, a cleaning room and a workshop with a warehouse, in the second half there are two technical rooms and a warehouse. On the first floor there is an entrance to the building, a laundry room with a drying room, a gym for the inhabitants of the house and two 1 + kk apartment units. On the second and third floor 4 units of size 1 + kk and on the top floor 2 residential units of size 3 + kk. From the second floor, each apartment has a balcony. These apartments are designed primarily for students, couples, or even a starting family. Each floor is connected by a three-armed reinforced concrete staircase, which is complemented by an elevator. The house is based on reinforced concrete foundation strips in combination with lost formwork. The vertical load-bearing structures in the basement are made up of lost formwork, the load-bearing structures above the ground are made of ceramic blocks, which are insulated with a ventilated façade and equipped with a Bond SK1 façade sandwich cassette. The horizontal load-bearing structures form a semi-assembled Porotherm system. The whole building is covered by a single-skin vegetation-retention flat roof. The new apartment building is designed to be very economical.
