A design of thermoforming device
Vozár, Vojtěch ; Pavlík, Jan (referee) ; Tůma, Jiří (advisor)
This bachelor's thesis deals with the design proposal of a machine for thermoforming using and vacuum. The research part of this thesis discusses the technology of thermoforming plastics, production process, and tools used in thermoforming. Research part also includes a description of the machines available on the market. Following chapters describe the requirements for the machine, selection of design variants based on the weighted values method, and detailed design of the machine. Final part of thesis provides an estimate of the machine's cost and an evaluation of the results of the work. Bachelor thesis includes a 3D model created in SOLIDWORKS 2023 and chosen technical drawings.
Design of the Shift Mechanism Dedicated for Electric Driven Cars
Capoušek, Josef ; Řehák, Kamil (referee) ; Prokop, Aleš (advisor)
In this paper the problematic of the design of the shift mechanism for a multi-gear transmission is presented. Research part is focused on the recent electric drive units development and the application possibilities of multi-gear transmissions. Available studies shows a possible improvement in vehicle parameters, primarily a reduction in energy consumption and vehicle drive range. Design of the shift fork mechanism includes the conceptual design creation, the optimal variant choice based on a multi-criteria assessment, the structural design and the subsequent analysis of components and creation of a technical drawing of selected parts.
A design of small size power hammer
Hladík, Radim ; Knoflíček, Radek (referee) ; Tůma, Jiří (advisor)
The bachelor's thesis, in addition to the design of small power hammer, contains information from the history of power hammers, current research of the market of the manufacturers of these forming machines and their specific requirements. It also states the classification of these forming machines according to various criteria for example based on the structural arrangement, the method of energy transfer, etc. Furthermore, two designs of the power hammer construction are carried out according to the specified parameters. One of these variants is selected based on the multicriteria analysis and presents a detailed proposal. In this selected variant is made 3D model design sketched using software Autodesk Inventor 2021, basic design calculation and drawing documentation. In conclusion, there are recommendations for practice and evaluation of work results.
Matrix classification and aplication in a flexible prototyping tool
Rygl, Ondřej ; Hänel, Thomas (referee) ; Blecha, Petr (advisor)
The price of the tools for making prototypes and small series of products, as well as the cost of additional changes in the tool are quite high and increase the price of the final product. A flexible tool provides an advantageous solution to create a wide variety of molds. In this thesis the area of flexible tooling is introduced. An experimental mechanism has been manufactured and tested. With the help of a methodical approach several solutions for a flexible tool design have been proposed. Based on the evaluation of all given criteria, the most suited version has been designed and manufactured. The tool has been tested and evaluated for the thermoforming process. Improvements and potential applications have been suggested. The results show that the flexible tool has some limitations but has a broad potential use in several applications.
Solution to the mechanism of a screw jack
Blecha, Jan ; Osička, Karel (referee) ; Kalivoda, Milan (advisor)
The presented bachelor thesis deals with the mechanism of the screw jack in terms of basic design calculations as well as in terms of production technology. The following part deals with basic division of the workshop lifting equipment, the design of the lifting device and, last but not least, the design of the production technology. Further attention is paid to the technical and economic view of the manufacturing process of the screw jack mechanism and the possibility of improving both the production process and the construction itself.
