Preparation for the implementation of a high-rise apartment building in Bratislava

The subject of this diploma thesis is processing of a construction technological project for the preparation of the realization of a high-rise residential building in Bratislava. The thesis is based on construction technology solution. The content of thesis is a technical report, coordination situation with broader transport relations, time and financial plan, study of realization of technological stages, solution of construction organization including drawing of construction site, design of main construction machines and mechanisms, technological regulation for upsite monolithic construction, control and testing plan, item budget, detail of relief elements of the ceiling structure, drawing of the formwork of the ceiling structural floor, specific research in the field of tower cranes.

Cost management of machinery in construction company

The main theme of this bachelor thesis is the management of the cost of production machines in the construction company. In the theoretical part, the types of costs, costing and depreciation are defined in the first place, then the theoretical level is solved in machines in the building industry. In the practical part, the operating costs of two real machines are calculated, which affect the machine-hour rate. The calculated machine-hour rate is then compared to the real rate of both machines and improvements are suggested.

Implementation of Substructure of Sports Centre in Breclav

The subject of my bachelor's thesis is the elaboration of a construction technological project of the lower rough construction of a sports center. It is a newly built building, which is located in the town of Břeclav and is partially basement with two floors. The bachelor's thesis deals with the implementation of earthworks together with foundation structures, which are solved in several concreting stages. The project also includes an accompanying and summary technical report, construction supply solutions, site equipment design, time plans, item budget, machine design, construction machinery travel scheme, control and test plan and safety and health at work.

Vibratory roller and plate for skid steer loaders

This bachelor’s thesis is focused on compaction machines like vibratory rollers and vibratory plates as auxiliary devices for skid steer loaders. This thesis is focused on a comparison of current devices in terms of technology and size. The designed solution of auxiliary vibratory plate focuses on solving main problems. There are also created coefficients that allow easy and fast comparison of each auxiliary devices. There are only a few companies that focus on creating this sort of devices. Auxiliary vibratory plates are often just slightly modified auxiliary devices for excavators, with slightly modified mount system. Vibratory rollers and plates cause high wear of skid steer loader and for this reason they are not widely spread. There will probably not be any future development in these kinds of devices due the fact, that there are better solutions for soil compaction.
