Nermut, Martin ; Michalec, Jaroslav (referee) ; Klusáček, Stanislav (advisor)
NERMUT, M. Thermocouple simulator. Brno: Brno University of Technology, Faculty of Eletrical Engineering and Communication. 2009. 62 s. Supervisor Ing. Stanislav Klusáček. Consultant Ing. Miroslav Krupa, - IDC Brno, Honeywell s.r.o. The aim of the thesis is design and realization of handheld thermocouple simulator, suitable both for laboratory and plant use. Manual or remote control via RS232 are possible. Special attention is focused on universality, easy and safety use (galvanic isolation), properly cold junction compensation, easy calibration of non-linearity. Thermoelectric device for measuring temperature
Melničuk, Petr ; Kandus, Bohumil (referee) ; Podaný, Kamil (advisor)
This thesis presents the application of thermocouples for measuring temperature. Thermocouples are a kind of contact thermometers, thus requiring direct contact with measured substance. Their advantages include great flexibility due to wide choice of material combinations, which makes it possible to achieve various operating temperature ranges, anywhere from -200 to 1800 . Improper choice of thermocouple may result in added systematic error or even render it unusable. Based on literary research, individual configurations, methods of measuring liquids, gases, and solids and their practical applications were presented. Lastly, an experiment was conducted, where three different type 'K' thermocouples were compared and deviations between their measurements were assessed.
Temperature measurement of jet engine exhaust gas
Tunkr, Pavel ; Beneš, Petr (referee) ; Havránek, Zdeněk (advisor)
In this bachelor`s thesis are preliminary shortly described turbojet engine, their principle and method exhaust gas temperature measurement. Are here mentioned possible to sorts sensors temperature and chosen fit type sensor for given to application. Is here buckthorn connection sensor temperature and inverter. In next parts is processed proposal electronic inverter temperature/voltage and his simulation by the help of programme NI Multisim. After realization functional sample and measured his parameters are here publicize measuring data and achieved record.
