Direct realization of the transfer function using modern fuctional blocks
Vyskočil, Jiří ; Petržela, Jiří (referee) ; Dostál, Tomáš (advisor)
The aim of my bachelor’s thesis is a direct realization of the transfer function using modern functional blocks. It is a circuit design of multifunction frequency-selection filters. A merit of the direct realization of the transfer function is for example an easy modification of the circuit design using the signal flow graph. These circuit designs can work in current and voltage modes. My task is to design a few such designs using modern function blocks. Then I verify their function and basic characteristics, I make tolerance and sensitivity analyses and lastly I scrutinize effects of parasitic phenomena and real building components.
Evolutionary Optimisation of Analogue Circuits
Mihulka, Tomáš ; Zachariášová, Marcela (referee) ; Bidlo, Michal (advisor)
The aim of this work was to create a system for optimisaton of specific analog circuits by evolution using multiple fitness functions . A set of experiments was run, and the results analyzed to evaluate the feasibility of evolutionary optimisation of analog circuits . A requirement for this goal is the study and choice of certain types of analog circuits and evolutionary algorithms . For the scope of this work , amplifiers and oscillators were chosen as target circuits , and genetic algorithms and evolutionary strategies as evolutionary algorithms . The motivation for this work is the ongoing effort to automate the design and optimisation of analog circuits , where evolutionary optimisation is one of the options .

The contour plot as model of complex characteristics of linear system
Braun, Jaromír ; Žilka, Zdeněk ; Berka, Zbyněk
The objective of this paper has been to illustrate the use of the contour plot in various aspect of analysis and design of dynamic systems as filters, correctors or transmission lines in frequency domain. An illustrative example complex group-delay function have been evaluated by MATCAD program.
