The God Sobek in Ptolemaic and Roman Times. A Confrontation of the Cult of Sobek in Krokodilopolis and Kom Ombo
Galuzina, Maria ; Coppens, Filip (advisor) ; Janák, Jiří (referee)
Anotation The B.A. paper deals with the cult of the Egyptian crocodile god Sobek in Ptolemaic and Roman times. The aim of this work is to compare the cult of Sobek in his temples in the Fayum oasis with the center in Shedet/Krokodilopolis, and in the famous double temple of Kom Ombo in Upper Egypt. The main part of the paper focuses on the analysis of the nature, key aspects and forms of the god, including his name, role in the religious system, temple festivals, oracles and syncretism with other gods. Great attention is also paid to the comparison of local theologies of the Fayum and Kom Ombo and the most important theological document of the Krokodilopolite priests - the so-called "Book of the Fayum" - that brings both theologies together. On the grounds of this analysis, present B.A. work tries to trace and describe the development and diversity of the cult of the crocodile god Sobek in Ptolemaic and Roman times.

In the experiments with the massive gas injection (MGI) triggered disruptions in the COMPASS tokamak, post-disruptive runaway electron (RE) beams are generated occasionally. In this contribution, a relatively large set of discharges from the recent years is analysed in order to improve our understanding of the processes behind the beam generation. It seems that despite the low toroidal field applied in the discharges (typically 1.15 T) the magnetic perturbations may be small enough to allow the acceleration and confinement of the electrons. The influence of the different components and different sections of the frequency spectrum of the magnetic perturbations on the beam generation and RE beam current is examined. Fast visible camera images are also analysed. The relevance of COMPASS runaway electron experiments for large machines is discussed. Moreover, the potential of less common diagnostic tools (Cherenkov detector, vertical ECE, ...) to clarify the role of the pre-disruption fast electron population and the influence of prompt runaway electron losses in the current quench is discussed using the recent test measurements.

Fousková, Natálie ; Smetáčková, Irena (advisor) ; Pecha Šimotová, Eva (referee)
BAKALÁŘSKÁ PRÁCE The school class from the gender perspective - children's behaviour during the lessons Abstract I focused on the behaviour of girls and boys during their lessons at the first stage of elementary school. I created a topology of children in one class, concentrating on the masculine or feminine features of their behaviour. I explored the views of the children, including their motivation and the way they perceive the rules of behaviour and their teacher. The secondary topic is the teacher's view of the children and their conduct. In the first half of the thesis I introduce gender as both a scientific and social phenomenon, describing important aspects of gender in a child's development and concentrating on the role of gender in the classroom. In the second half of the thesis I introduce the method and process of performing the research, its results, their interpretation and a comparison with the theoretical basis. Key words pupils, school lessons, gender, school, teacher, gender stereotypes, education Natálie Fousková Praha 2014

It shows the connection and similarity to other assisting professions associated with various difficulties and experience that may be beneficial for priesthood. The assistance provided using the means of the priesthood is perceived as a therapeutical process, the result of which shall be sanation - however, the debt is not understood to be an illness, but a sin, the sanation of which leads to redemption. The second part is focused on the specificity of the ministerial priesthood, while tracing it in the theology of the Gospel according to John, as well as in the historical context of the Czech territory, searching for similarities and differences of priesthood compared to other assisting professions. Analyze of economic value added generated by non-financial companies listed on Prague stock exchange.
Voldán, Martin ; Neumaierová, Inka (advisor) ; Hájek, Jiří (referee)
The goal of this Masters Thesis is to analyse economic value added generated by non-financial companies listed on Prague stock exchange. Main goal is not only to calculate the amount of economic value added, but also to compare results of two economic models used to specify Re (Minimal required return of companys own capital), necessary to calculate economic value added. Next goal is to analyze link between economic value added and stock price. Correlation between this two parameters would be a sign of possibility to predict future stock price in dependance on generated economic value added. For this Masters thesis, It is important to have all balance sheets, P/L statements and stock market data for all selected corporations. All these informations were exported from database Thomson Reuters Eikon available on University of economics in Prague.
