Kadlík, Vilém ; Juřica, Pavel (referee) ; Jurová, Marie (advisor)
The bachelor thesis focuses on the order management process in Keestrack s.r.o., a company that manufactures mobile sorting and crushing machines. The first part deals with the introduction of the company and then in the second part the theoretical background of the issue is presented, where we find explained concepts related to production, quality and process. The third part is an analysis of the current state of the art based on the theoretical part. In the last part, the results are interpreted and suggestions are made to improve the current situation of the company.
Optimizing the Delivery Process at the E-shop Branch
Illek, Adam ; Juřica, Pavel (referee) ; Videcká, Zdeňka (advisor)
The subject of the thesis is to find a way to optimize the checkout process at a branch of an online store. By means of process analysis, graphic design of the branch and warehouse layout and analysis of primary and secondary data, a proposal was developed after their subsequent evaluation, which should streamline the checkout process and thus reduce the values of the monitored process metrics.
Manufacturing process in the automotive industry
Černohous, Šimon ; Jurová, Marie (referee) ; Juřica, Pavel (advisor)
This bachelor thesis focuses on modification of assembly line at the company Panasonic Automotive Systems Czech s. r. o. for sole purpose of increasing productivity while lowering costs. Theoretical part firstly defines principles and methods used in thesis. Analytical part introduces a company, but mainly describes the data, which will be used later. Proposition part is used to outline of individual change, that have been made.
Paint shop Process Improvement through Predictive Simulation
Machačová, Simona ; Hromková, Ivana (referee) ; Videcká, Zdeňka (advisor)
This thesis focuses on the use of simulation to optimise processes in a paint shop. The aim of the thesis is to analyse the existing production processes and suggest improvements using simulation. In the analytical part of the thesis, the processes in the paint shop are described in detail and Petri nets are used to describe the logic of the processes in the paint shop. In the design part of the thesis, the problem and objectives are formulated, and the design of the simulation model is presented. The design describes the elements and methods used in the Plant Simulation software in which the model is created. Furthermore, different scenarios are simulated to optimize the painting process and the deposition areas. The simulation results are compared with the actual state of the paint shop. Finally, the results are discussed and recommendations are proposed to optimize the paint shop processes using simulation. This work presents new approaches to process optimization in industrial manufacturing.
Design of the process of input control of deliveries in the company
Ondřejová, Kateřina ; Sámelová, Vendula (referee) ; Maradová, Karla (advisor)
The thesis analyzes the current state of the process of incoming inspection in the company. It describes the current state of the process in the company and subsequent processes that are part of the whole organization. The thesis uses the PDCA methodology to define the weak points in the measurement system, which are parts of entry control. Furthermore, it will explain how tools and their applications are used to improve the measurement system the follow-up of the incoming inspection. Ultimately I would like to avoid an increase in low quality parts in the incoming inspection process. By implementing the defined methodologies, the data can be considered eligible and can be subsequently presented throughout the whole process.
Design Process Management of the Order in the Selected Organization
Kotková, Alexandra ; Gruzová, Marcela (referee) ; Jurová, Marie (advisor)
This thesis focuses on the analysis of process management of a contract in a selected organization. The aim of the thesis is to reveal the shortcomings and weaknesses in the process of order execution from the customer's enquiry to the actual handover of the order to the client and thus to propose improvements to the existing management. The practical part of the thesis deals with the analysis of the current situation and the weaknesses are analyzed using the FMEA method, which serves as a basis for proposing solutions. The proposed measures focus on the development of work procedures and satisfaction questionnaire, the employment of a new employee, the introduction of a time schedule and the use of the Trello tool for job scheduling. These steps should lead to meeting delivery deadlines and increasing customer satisfaction.
Theory of the decision to become a computer science teacher
KOUŘIMSKÝ, Martin
This study focuses on constructing a theory describing the process of choosing the profession of a computer science teacher. It utilizes a research design anchored in theory and analyzes data obtained, among other sources, during the creation of my bachelor's thesis, which examined the factors influencing this choice and to which this study builds upon. Thorough data coding and identification of key categories are conducted, serving as the framework for this theory. Findings suggest that the key processes influencing this choice are expectations of the study, choice of specialization, motivation to pursue teaching as a profession, and perception of external factors. Students enter the study with expectations based on experiences from lower levels of education, which may have played a crucial role in their decision-making. Choosing computer science as a specialization, especially for those coming from schools with a computer science focus, appears to be a significant factor. Additionally, it seems that computer science teachers who taught students at the primary or secondary level may have a substantial influence on their choice of this specialization. However, some students enter the pedagogical faculty with different expectations, such as aiming to obtain a degree with minimal effort. Negative perceptions of salary, requirements for mathematical knowledge, and low interest from girls in studying computer science education may present challenges, contributing to the low number of certified computer science teachers.
Process management in a selected company
LIŠKOVÁ, Hana
The bachelor thesis is focused on the analysis of processes in the selected company and the proposal of possible improvements. Within the framework of this objective, the process of "employee selection" in the selected company was analyzed and optimized, which was mapped in detail according to the individual sub-processes within the monitored process, the analysis was carried out including measurement, identification of weak points and proposing solutions leading to the required optimization. The practical part of the bachelor thesis deals with the process management in a specific selected company. The aim of the thesis was to analyse the currently operating processes in the enterprise and to propose their optimisation and to simplify the implementation of the function in the selected processes.
Production process optimization
Habásko, Jakub ; Koška, Petr (referee) ; Fiala, Alois (advisor)
HABÁSKO Jakub: Production process optimization. The Master´s thesis of Master degree, second grade, school year 2008/2009, FME Brno University of Technology, Institute of Metrology and Quality Assurance Testing, October 2009, pages 68, pictures 40, tables 2, supplements 4. The project elaborated in frame of the Master degree, study branch Metrology and Quality Assurance Testing. This Master´s thesis deals with optimization of process plan. In virtue of submission was created an analysis present condition using of statistical methods and it was created suitable statistical methods applicable in production organization. Then is here described the problem of brazing bells, because in this place is originating the most of uptightness. Then the thesis brings recommendation and findings, which can help with optimization this process.
