Proposal of Marketing Mix of the Selected Company for the Poland Market

This Master Thesis is concentrates on the problematics of marketing mix of a company entering a foreign market and is divided into three main parts. For reaching the purpose, the theoretical first part is concentrates on research in literature, which defines the theoretical base for the following parts. In the second part, an analysis of the chosen company is made for reaching deep knowledge of the current state of the company as well as of the micro and macroenvironment of the polish market. This part also contains a quantitative questionnaire-based market research. The last part of this Thesis focuses on proposals of marketing mix usable for successful expansion to a foreign market. This expansion should reach out to new customers and establish the company at the market entering.

Business Plan for the Wellness Hotel

The aim of this thesis is to characterize the situation in the field of wellness and subsequently set the wellness hotel business plan. The emphasis is placed on finding public awareness about the importance of the field of wellness and public interest in a healthy lifestyle. The work focuses on the research of the demand, which builds actual business plan. The processing of this thesis will help in deciding whether the project of the wellness hotel is realistic.

The focus of this Bachelor thesis is on the marketing strategy of Optys, spol. s.r.o. company whose target group is huntsmen. The concepts of marketing are defined in the theoretical part of this thesis and on those the empirical part expands upon. An introduction with the company Optys, spol. s.r.o. and with a current situation in the field of products for huntsmen is presented in the empirical part. The thesis furthermore deals with the target group itself. An interpretation of the coded data from a qualitative probe and relating them to the marketing mix is executed on which basis the recommendation is created.
