This bachelor’s thesis inquires into the possibility of a typical Czech household with loans to make savings. The objective of the thesis is to find out whether a Czech household with average monthly income is able to make savings on the basis of property and financial structure. If this is the case, the thesis will propose a variety of scenarios and evaluate their pertinency and applicability. First, the thesis defines personal finance together with social, political and economic contexts. Furthermore, it presents different steps of financial planning and, last but not the least, it describes savings in the process of financial planning including financial products. Finally, the thesis focuses on household consumption behaviour as it is closely linked with their saving capacity.

This master’s thesis is focuses on the design of a corporate financial plan for a specific company. The thesis is divided into three main parts. In the introductory part there are the theoretical background necessary for the elaboration of the given topic. Subsequently, the selected company is introduced and a thorough strategic and financial analysis is performed. This is followed by a proposal of a corporate financial plan for the next four years, both in an optimistic and pessimistic variant. Finally, a comprehensive evaluation of the proposed financial plan is carried out.

The thesis deals with the proposal of the financial plan of the company DOSTA CZ, s.r.o. The first part of the work is focused on the theoretical bases that are needed for processing the given topic. In the second part of the thesis, basic information about the company DOSTA CZ, s.r.o is presented and its strategic and financial analysis is carried out. The last part of the thesis contains a draft of the financial plan for the next four years, which is further evaluated through financial indicators.

In this master‘s thesis, I deal with the preparation of a draft of financial plan for company agriKomp Bohemia, s. r. o. The first part of the thesis is theoretical part with methods, concept and goals. The second part of the thesis is about introduction and analysis the company. In practical part of the thesis on base of previous parts i will draft the financial plan of the company for the period of 2024 to 2027 in optimistic and pessimistic variants. The last step is assesment of the financial plan.

The diploma thesis deals with the proposal of the financial plan of a company processing metal and other waste. The plan was developed for the period 2024-2026, in two variants. The diploma thesis is divided into three parts, the first one represents the theoretical starting point. The second chapter includes an introduction to the company and a strategic and financial analysis, followed by the third part, in which the procedures for drawing up a financial plan are presented, followed by a complete financial plan in the scope of financial statements.

The diploma thesis focuses on creating a financial plan for Profimobil, s.r.o. The theoretical part defines key terms and the basic principles of financial planning and business management. In the analytical section, a comprehensive analysis of the company's financial health, market position, and business environment is conducted using PESTE analysis, Porter's Five Forces model, McKinsey's 7S framework, and SWOT analysis. The proposal section focuses on developing a financial plan that ultimately results in the company's bankruptcy. Consequently, two additional scenarios are developed. The first scenario aims to increase sales and maintain the strategic intent, while the second explores the implications of preserving Profimobil's existing concept.
